Being on the ground floor, the patio also offers easy access out to the deck of the large community pool where you will find plenty of sun beds and umbrellas nestled in a central garden area.
Direct access onto beautiful warm golden sand of Palm Beach is just steps away from the edge of the pool.
Each of the three bedrooms (one with a king-size bed, one with a double bed and one with twin beds) has an en-suite (two with bathrooms and one with a shower room). The master bedroom opens directly out onto the covered patio.
This unit comes with all the modern amenities, including WIFI, and is non-smoking. There is air-conditioning in both the living areas and the bedrooms. Housekeeping x 1 (on 7-night stay). Charge $100 cleaning fee
Please note that after arrival, the local management company will ask you for your credit card details and the Security Deposit of $750 will be debited accordingly. Any damages or breakages, or additional charges such as concierge, will be charged to this credit card and an invoice raised accordingly. The Security Deposit, or any balance thereof, will be held until 14 days after departure and then refunded accordingly.
Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 12pm.
