A four bedroomed two-storey villa with pool, Villa Laura offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for 7 persons and beautiful sea views across to the Island of Cres.

You enter the villa and the ground floor which comprises the living and dining area, open-plan to kitchen and doors out to the terrace and pool area. There is also shower room, as well as a utility room and fitness room on this level.

The first floor comprises one triple bedroom (with a single and double bed) and two double bedrooms, all bedrooms with en-suites - two shower rooms and one bathroom.

Guests staying here will appreciate the good standard of accommodation, the lovely country setting, the peaceful and the beautiful sea views.

Closeby to one another, Villas Laura, Deborah & Chiara are the perfect choice for families or friends looking to holiday together, but looking for a little independence and their own accommodation. Shared facilities for the three villas include – a billiard table, a table tennis table, a darts board, as well as a children's playground (with slide & swing).

Within 15 minutes’ drive of the villa are two popular restaurants in the village of Trget. Supermarkets, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants 15kms away in Labin. Beach (pebble) 4kms away.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Cleaning and Laundry service – towels changed mid-week and linen changed after 7 days.

Heatable pool * Pool heating, depending on the weather, available upon request outside of the peak season months of July & August, at a supplementary charge of €30 per day (minimum 7 days).

Heatable Jacuzzi (on the first floor balcony) *, at a supplementary charge of €10 per day (minimum 7 days).

Both to be requested 7 days in advance of arrival.

Please note that if guests arrive at the villa after 10pm they will be charged €50 for a late check in fee, payable locally.
