Overview

Villa Issa is a newly built and elegant holiday villa located in the quiet village of Orbanici in the heart of Istria.

It offers spacious, modern and comfortable accommodation on two levels for 6 persons.

The ground floor offers a bright, open-plan layout with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room. There is also 1 double bedroom and a shower room on this level.

Upstairs, there are 2 further double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room, and access to a balcony – a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

Enjoy the lovely swimming pool, let the children have fun in the private play area or prepare meals on the covered terrace with a charcoal barbecue – whatever you decide, it will be an enjoyable vacation at Villa Issa!

Ground floor – Spacious open-plan living/dining & kitchen area. Living area with comfortable L-shaped sofa, Smart TV, WIFI & picture window, leading to dining area with table & chairs and doors to terrace, and open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar & stools, electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Ground floor – 1 double bedroom with TV & doors to terrace, 1 shower room.

First floor – 2 further double bedrooms, each with TV & doors to balcony and en-suite shower room.

There are hairdryers available.

Outside Space

Villa Issa is fully fenced, offering complete privacy and safety, especially for families with children.

There is an L-shaped swimming pool, set in an open terrace surround with sun loungers, and covered terraces, one with table & chairs for relaxing, and another with table & chairs and a barbecue for alfresco dining.

There is also a small play area for children with swing & slide, and table & chairs.

Villa Issa is located in the quiet village of Orbanici.

Nearest bar/cafe/restaurant/shop, 8kms (Vodnjan).

Fažana, with its charming shops, bars, and restaurants, is approximately 14kms away.

Distance to the beach, 15kms (Fažana).

Nearest airport Pula, 18 kms.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Change of bed linen and towels once a week, included.

Air conditioning throughout.

Please note that if guests arrive at the villa after 10pm they will be charged €50 for a late check in fee, payable locally.
