Overview

Villa Anton is a beautiful villa set in landscaped, fully enclosed gardens, in the peaceful village of Galižana, near Pula.

It offers spacious and very comfortable accommodation for 8 persons on two levels and is an excellent choice for family vacations or a group retreat.

There is a comfortable living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, and 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom/shower room on the ground floor and there are three further double bedrooms on the first floor, again with en-suite bathroom/shower rooms, these bedrooms with direct access to a balcony with lovely sea views.

Villa Anton is fully air-conditioned and features underfloor heating for maximum comfort.

The outdoor area of Villa Anton is just as impressive, featuring a large 10m x 5m swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower. There is also a hot water Jacuzzi in the grounds and indoors, there is a further swimming pool 8m x 4m and a wellness area, featuring a Finnish sauna, too.

There is a spacious terrace with a summer kitchen (sink, fridge, electric grill), and a dining area, perfect for al fresco dining.

And finally, if you wish to venture out, Villa Anton is located just 10/15 minutes from Fažana (5kms), with its charming shops, bars, and restaurants, and is also well positioned to explore some of Istria's top attractions, including the historic town of Pula and the seaside resorts of Rovinj and Porec.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Ground floor - 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace and en suite bathroom/shower room.

First floor – Three further 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom/shower rooms. All rooms on the first floor offer direct access, doors to a balcony, with lovely sea views.

There are hairdryers available.
