Patio doors from the living-dining area lead out to a beautifully furnished covered terrace, with comfy rattan furniture and table & chairs for outdoor dining, and from here steps lead down to the impressive and uniquely designed swimming pool, surrounded by comfortably furnished sun terraces.

Living Areas

Ground floor - Hallway opening into the dining room. An inner stone arch leads to the living room with Satellite TV, DVD player, WIFI and doors to the garden terrace. The fitted kitchen has a gas hob/ electric oven, microwave & dishwasher, side door to the laundry area with washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Ground floor – 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 further twin bedroom with en-suite full shower room.

First floor – 1 bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite full shower room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, sharing a bathroom (with corner bath).

Outside Space

Private irregular shaped swimming pool 15m x 5m, with metal step entry into the shallow end of the pool, feature bridge, and adjacent poolside jacuzzi (unheated). Comfortably furnished sun terraces.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV-898

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
