Superbly located in 35,000m² of open countryside, with far reaching views of the hills including the magnificent Sant Salvador Monastary, down to the distant sea, a short country lane leads to the long palm lined drive and up to the villa and attractive arched entrance.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living/dining room with beamed ceilings & cooling tiled floors, a feature fireplace, a solid Oak dining table and four sets of doors to the poolside terrace. The country-style kitchen with attractive blue fitted cupboards, and all the appliances you need, is also close by.

On this level, there is also a double bedroom with ensuite shower-room and side door to the courtyard, a guest cloakroom, and a laundry room with washing machine.

Stairs lead up to the first floor and the three other bedrooms, a master twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, ensuite shower room and door to the south facing upper terrace; and two further twin bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes and ensuites - one of these rooms also has a sun terrace over-looking the courtyard and far reaching views.

Outside, there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy - an L-shaped swimming pool with Jacuzzi, surrounded by sunbathing terrace, open and covered terraces, with brick-built barbecue and table & chairs for alfresco dining, outdoor children’s play area with swings & table tennis table and large gardens laid to lawn with trees & shrubs.

Balearics Tourism License - ETV-1191.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
