COMMON SENSE: Simple dishes, few products and many flavours. Terrae only use local product from Mallorca, Terrae have recently almost completely eliminated the use of plastic and have started to use solar energy to light our outdoor terrace. Recently recommended in the Michelin Guide, we are very happy to start their sixth season with more gastronomic novelties trying to be more and more sustainable.



Always looking for 0% waste. With products that others do not normally take advantage of, TERRAE creates sauces, powders, foams, creams, etc. This forces Terrae to strengthen their ingenuity and creativity that characterizes them. For environmental and economic reasons, this is what allows Terrae to continue growing as a 100% sustainable restaurant, to the point of being a benchmark in the north of the island for more than 6 years.
