Overview

Casa Jasmine is an attractive villa, situated in the residential area of Binidali on the Southeast coast of the island.

With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathroom/shower rooms, it offers spacious and comfortable accommodation all one level and is the ideal choice for a family or group of friends looking to holiday together in this lovely corner of the island.

Both the living/dining area and 3 of the 5 bedrooms have direct access to the swimming pool and its terraces, creating a seamless transition between the interior and exterior.

The swimming pool is heatable* and can also be fenced off* - perfect if there are young children in the party - and is set in an open terrace surround, enclosed by landscaped gardens, and is a lovely place to sunbathe and relax.

There is a large terrace, off the living/dining area, with table and chairs, and a gas barbecue for alfresco dining on the warm summer evenings and the local Binidali bar/restaurant is just a short walk away for when lunch or dinner out calls!

Living Areas

Accommodation all on one level;

Entrance hall & interior patio, leading to comfortable, but traditionally furnished, living area/dining area with two sofas, Satellite TV, WIFI and doors to terrace, dining table & chairs, piano, and kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher and door to terrace, utility room with washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Accommodation all on one level;

Master double bedroom with dressing table & stool, doors to terrace, and ensuite bathroom (with separate shower), 1 further double bedroom with doors to terrace and ensuite shower room, 1 twin bedroom with doors to terrace and ensuite shower room, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom sharing a family bathroom.

Outside Space

Outside there is 9m x 4m swimming pool, which is heatable* and can be fenced off* – see below, set in an open terrace surround with sunbeds & parasols. Two covered terraces fully equipped for relaxing and dining. A gas barbecue for al-fresco dining. A garden laid to lawn with trees & shrubs and a table tennis table to the rear.

Location

There is a local restaurant just a short distance away (approx. 650m – open lunchtimes & evenings), and the beautiful, sheltered beach can be found just a short walk away too (approx. 1km). A short drive to the village of San Clemente with its bars/restaurants, shops, bakery, pharmacy and bank. Along the coast road eastwards is the larger sandy beach at Binisafua and a little further along is the lovely beach & resort of Binibeca.

1st Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. For stays of 10 nights, there will be a “repaso” – a light clean and change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 14 nights, there will be a “cambio” – a full interim clean and change of bed linen and towels.

Additional cleaning, available on request at a supplementary charge of 23 euros per hour, minimum 2 hours.

Additional change of bed linen & towels, available on request at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per person (plus a further 23 euros for delivery and making of the beds).

Pool towels included, free of charge.

Hairdryers included, free of charge.

Air conditioning in the living area & the bedrooms included.
