Villa Santa Teresa is a cosy and recently restored barn for four persons.

Well maintained garden, patio with barbecue and a 12m x 6m swimming pool (which is shared with the owners of the property who live in the main house).

The views from the grounds are stunning, looking onto the Chianti landscape, the vineyards of the property and the medieval hamlet of Montefioralle.

The property sleeps a maximum of 4 (+1) persons.Interior space is around 80 square metres.

Living Areas

Kitchen equipped with dining area and with appliances including an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine, and exit to the furnished terrace. Living room with fire place, TV with satellite channels, DVD player, CD player, telephone and wireless internet access.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Bedrooms- 2 double bedrooms with screens. One of the bedrooms can be split into twin beds upon request. Bathrooms- 2 full bathrooms, one with tub, one with shower.

Location

The closest village to Villa Santa Teresa is the lovely village of Panzano, located just 3 km away. Greve in Chianti is also a short drive away. In both villages you will find a wide selection of excellent local restaurants and amenities.

Florence is 34 kms away, and Siena is 34 kms. The airport is 1 hour away.

In addition to the stunning scenery and the tranquil, relaxing environment that the Tuscany region affords, there is also plenty to do with your family and friends! Practice your Italian cooking, wine tastings in the fabulous Chianti vineyards, walking in the beautiful hills and countryside, swimming in your private pool, bicycle rides, tennis, golf, visits to the beautiful local villages, and not forgetting trips to the magnificent cities of Florence and Siena, both of which are steeped in history and tradition.

Other Items

Rates include electricity, cooking gas, water, use of swimming pool, final cleaning service. A hairdryer and pool towels are provided for your convenience.

Additional services payable to the property manager are heating, fire wood, telephone. A portable a/c unit is available upon request, electricity is metered and charged upon consumption.

The housekeeper of the villa will be happy to provide a foodpack for you upon arrival, the price will be the hourly cost of the maid to do the shopping, plus the receipt for the groceries. Please advise us of the list of groceries you would like to have when you arrive.

The breakage deposit for this villa is 200 Euro and must be paid locally to the property manager in cash.

Please note- There is a local tourist tax for villas and apartments, the cost is 2.00 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights and it is payable locally, the charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 years and over.
