Overview

Elegant country style, the rambling 17th century farmhouse is located in the village of Panzano in Chianti and looks over the organic vineyards and olive groves of the famous Conca d'oro, Chianti`s best wine region. The views are fantastic. The impressive stone-built villa with its traditional Tuscan architecture was exceptionally restored and divided into five spacious, luxurious apartments that meet highest standards. Each apartment is harmoniously furnished with antiques and Tuscan country-style pieces. Stylish fabrics and exquisite accessories complete the furnishing.

A separate meeting hall (suitable for cooking schools and meetings) and catering can be rented.

Living areas

Apartment Colonna is located on the ground floor, there is a large living room with fireplace and spiral staircase (built around an ancient stone column) leading up to the upper floor. Kitchen with dining area with views to the valley. Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dish washer, oven, coffee maker, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

On the ground floor there are Two double rooms with ensuite bathrooms and views.

On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one kingsize bed and one queen size bed both have ensuite bathroom.

Each apartment has a private garden and furnished private terrace.

Outside Space

The elegant swimming pool measures 18 x 8m with a shared patio area. Pool has a gate for extra security.

Location

Although the villa is privately located within old olive groves and wonderful vineyards, it is only a two minutes walk into the village of Panzano where there are shops, restaurants and wine bars. An invaluable advantage for relaxing holiday!

Other items

Rates include electricity, cooking gas, water, use of swimming pool, intermediate and final cleaning, heating, fire  wood, use of laundry room, Internet access, air conditioning.

The following items can be requested and paid for locally: telephone, additional  maid  service  €10 an hour, dinners  upon  request.

There is a breakage deposit of €250 which is paid pre-departure.

Please note- There is a local tourist tax for villas and apartments, the cost is 2.00 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights and it is payable locally, the charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 years and over.
