Villa Felicita is a well equipped country villa located within the famous vineyards of the prestigious Chianti area, with its renowed wineries and estates. What could be more relaxing than a lazy day at the pool, a short walk to a nearby winery where you can taste high quality Chianti Classico wines and afterwards a candle light dinner on one of the villa's several terraces? Rented as a 3 bedroom or 5 bedroom property, the hamlet of Dudda is just a 10 minute stroll across the countryside. The road to the villa has been partially concreted so a normal car is fine to access this villa.

Accommodation consists of the main house for 6 persons and an additional apartment for 4 persons, and you can choose to rent either the main house and the apartment together, or the main house only. The apartment will remain closed if you choose to rent the main villa only. The main house has completely new bathrooms and a modern kitchen.

Villa Felicita is suitable for large families, groups of friends, anyone who wants to combine exploring the vineyards and art cities with quiet days lounging by the pool, wine connoisseurs and foodies (because of the well equipped kitchen).

Living Areas

Villa Felicita has about 400 sqm of interior space. The ground floor of the main house consists of a livingroom with spacious veranda and fireplace; separate dining room with fireplace; professional kitchen (appliances include an oven, big refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster) with exit to the garden and the pool; full bathroom with shower; laundry room (with washing machine and dryer); storage room.

The apartment is comprised of a living / dining area, a full kitchen, new full bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the 1st floor of the main house you will find a double bedroom with Tuscan fireplace and SAT TV, with Netflix available,bathroom with shower, one double bedroom one with an en suite shower room. 1 x double bedroom, separate bathroom with a large walk-in shower, travertine floor and walls. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms of the main house.

Apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms and one full bathroom.

Outside Space

Gazebo for outside dining; patio; covered veranda for outside dining; pizza oven; barbecue; private swimming pool measures approximately 14 x 7 metres and is situated close to the vineyards with spacious solarium. The views are delightful, over the nearby vineyards, wineries and the Chianti hills. Parking on site.

The art cities of Florence, Siena, Arezzo and all of the romantic medieval Chianti villages are close enough for a day trip!

Activities in the local area include walking, swimming, wine tastings, sightseeing, shopping in outstanding outlets and Tuscan open-air markets.

Rates include electricity, cooking gas, water, use of swimming pool, weekly towel and linen change, wifi internet, midweek clean for stays longer than 7 nights.

The following services can be requested and paid for locally- telephone, heating (if required), firewood, additional maid service (15 Euro per hour), personal cook. The housekeeper of the villa will be happy to provide a foodpack for you upon arrival, the price will be the hourly cost of the maid to do the shopping, plus the receipt for the groceries. Please advise us of the list of groceries you would like to have when you arrive.

The breakage deposit for this villa is 500 Euro which can be paid pre-departure by credit card. There is a final cleaning charge at this property of 100 Euros for the six person occupancy and 150 Euros for up t0 10 occupany, this must be paid locally.

There is a local tourist tax for villas in the district of Panzano and Greve, the cost is 2.00 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights and it is payable locally, the charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 years and over.

The villa has WiFi for clients use and also an iPod docking station.
