The Tuscan house is designed for 6 (+2) persons and the owners, both architects and interior designers, have furnished the villa according their professional criteria. All details have been carefully selected, the colours mirror Tuscan tradition and the provided quality respects contemporary requirements.

The Tuscan House is conveniently located within walking distance (about 15 minutes’ walk) of the town Greve in Chianti with its lovely shops, cafes, wine bars restaurants and a Saturday morning market.

Swimming Pool : the pool is split on two levels, upper pool is 6x8metres and the lower pool is 9 x 8metres pone is 1.2 in depth and the other is 1.8 m in depth. Open mid-May to mid-October. Pool access with a gate for extra protection.

Please note- There is a local tourist tax for villas and apartments, the cost is 2.00 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights and it is payable locally, the charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 years and over.
