Exclusive to the Sun-hat luxury villa portfolio, we are very proud to present Casa Grayson, a magnificent four bedroom villa with private swimming pool (which can be heated for an extra weekly supplement) situated on a elevated plot with stunning far reaching countryside and coastal views. Located only a short distance away from the thriving town of Loule, the beauty of this outstanding property is that you can relax in the peace and tranquillity that the villa affords, and yet still be close enough to head into the town of Loule, where you will find an abundance of excellent restaurants, coffee shops, bars and eateries.

Casa Grayson is air conditioned throughout and has Wi-fi internet, both included in the rental rates. Underfloor heating is available for a extra weekly supplement. This property is highly recommended by the Sun-hat team for your relaxing, luxury villa holiday in the Algarve.

Living Areas

The modern and bright open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen are furnished to a high standard and include a dining table with seating for eight people, large comfy sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of English language IPTV channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc on the Smart TV) and triple patio doors leading directly to the outside covered eating area with breath taking views all the way to the ocean.

The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including an electric oven and grill, four electric hobs, microwave, extractor, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, sandwich maker, dishwasher, juicer, nutribullet and a fridge freezer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the pool terrace level of the villa you will find bedroom one, which has a super king double bed, a wardrobe, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc), and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the garden.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two, three and four. Bedroom two is a king size double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and use of the shared family bathroom with spa bath with shower over. Bedroom three is a twin room (which can be prepared as a double upon prior request), with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc), and use of the aforementioned shared family bathroom.

Bedroom four is super king double room with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc), split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room.

Outside Space

Casa Grayson is situated in an elevated position with stunning far reaching countryside and coastal views, which can be enjoyed from the villa terraces. The swimming pool measures 8 metres x 4 metres with steps entry (can be heated for a weekly supplement) and has an electric pool cover to help retain the heat at night. The poolside terrace is complete with eight sun loungers and an outside shower unit. The exterior dining table with seating for eight people has shading available via the electric fixed awning. The stunning views can be fully enjoyed from this dining area whilst enjoying those freshly cooked al-fresco meals on the charcoal BBQ. There is also comfy outside sofas and chairs to relax on and read a book.

Location

Casa Grayson is located on a picturesque elevated hillside plot, only a short distance away from the popular town of Loule. Loule is a thriving market town, where you will find an abundance of excellent local Portuguese and international restaurants, coffee shops, bars and eateries plus all of the other facilities that you would expect- banks, supermarkets, shops and chemists. Or alternatively you are only approximately 20 minutes drive away from the prestigious golf resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, and some of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve!
