The Sun Hat team are very proud to introduce The Apra Masterpiece, where contemporary elegance meets relaxed Algarve living. Ideally located in the countryside area of Apra, this exceptional five-bedroom villa offers a peaceful setting while remaining just minutes from the vibrant towns of Loulé and Almancil. Designed for both luxury and comfort, the villa accommodates up to 11 guests and features bright, open spaces with seamless indoor–outdoor flow. Wifi, internet throughout and Air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms are included in the rental rates.

Located only approximately 20 minutes drive away from the prestigious golf resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, you are close to some of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve!

Living Areas

Tastefully decorated throughout, the villa offers a spacious open-plan living area ideal for both relaxation and entertaining. The elegant lounge features large comfortable sofas, a circular glass coffee table, a wall mounted flat-screen TV with a wide range of English language channels including Movie channels, BBC, ITV, TNT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc).

The adjoining dining and kitchen area is both stylish and practical, has a kitchen island and breakfast table . The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a toaster, juicer, double American-style fridge with chilled water and ice maker, Lavazza coffee machine, electric combi oven with microwave, a ceramic hob ,dishwasher, and even a boiling hot water tap. There is a separate room with an additional fridge freezer and a separate utility room that holds the washing machine and dryer. A spacious dining area features a table for 12, while expansive patio windows open wide to create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Patio doors from the kitchen area also open onto a delightful outdoor breakfast and dining space with cushioned seating areas and dining table and chairs, perfect for leisurely mornings in the Algarve sun.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor, you’ll find a guest WC and a beautifully appointed en-suite double bedroom (1.80m x 2.00m bed), complete with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, integrated air conditioning, with access and views over to the pool and terrace. There is a second suite with double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) a wall mounted smart TV and en-suite shower room with access to the pool and terrace.

Upstairs, a cozy snug area overlooks the jacuzzi, an inviting spot to unwind. The wonderful and spacious master suite features a large king-size bed (2.00m x 2.00m), a lush green sofa and an elegant en-suite bathroom with a double walk-in shower, bathtub, WC, and twin vanities.The jacuzzi is perfect for relaxing in and enjoying a sunset cocktail and is included in the rental rates.

The first floor also includes a TV room with smart TV (Netflix sign in with own credentias) Lego and children’s games, a double bedroom (1.80m x 2.00m) with ensuite shower and a versatile family room with a double bed (1.40m x 2.00m) plus a single bed for an 11th guest (0.90m x 2.00m).

Outside Space

Outdoors, The Apra Masterpiece truly shines. The impressive 12m x 6m swimming pool (heating available at an additional cost) is surrounded by a sun-soaked terrace with 11 sun loungers. Guests can relax in stylish seating areas furnished with parasols and comfortable seating, including charming hanging basket chairs,. A built-in gas BBQ with preparation sink and bar area with bar stools is perfect for alfresco dining and sunset drinks. An outdoor shower adds extra convenience. Steps lead down to an impressive spacious lawn area flanked by palm trees, ideal for families, complete with two football goal posts, a trampoline, and there is also a basketball hoop alongside the pool terrace.

The villa is securely accessed via electric gates and offers ample off-road parking.

Location

Perfectly located, The Apra Masterpiece is just a short distance from the Continente hypermarket and the lively market town of Loulé, where you’ll find an excellent selection of Portuguese and international restaurants, cafés, bars, traditional shops and essential amenities. The prestigious golf resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, along with some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches, are just a 20-minute drive away.

Other Items

To ensure a truly relaxing stay, rates include a midweek maid service with towel change, as well as a weekly changeover clean with fresh bed linen and bathroom towels. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience. A cot and highchair are also available free of charge upon prior request.

Due to the modern design of this property, young children should be supervised at all times.
