Sun-hat Villas are proud to present Quinta da Passarada, a beautiful four bedroom villa situated in an idyllic setting on a 3000 square metres plot in the countryside just a short driving distance from the prestigious golfing resort of Quinta do Lago- which is less than 10 minutes drive away. This traditional Portuguese quinta style villa has been maintained to a high standard and is the perfect villa for you to relax in tranquillity and comfort on your well deserved family holiday in the Algarve.

The meticulous villa owners have added a superb floodlit padel court; a synthetic putting green and a petanque (jeu de boules) court- making this brilliant property even better for families to enjoy.

With three en suite bedrooms in the main house and a separate annexe with a double en suite bedroom and an additional sofa bed which can sleep one child up to the age of 12 years old upon request. Three bedrooms can be made up as twins if preferred.

Quinta da Passarada has wi-fi internet connection and air conditioning throughout which is included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The villa has a large air conditioned kitchen which is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge with freezer compartment; dishwasher; 4 gas hobs and electric oven; microwave; coffee machine; toaster; kettle and juicer. The washing machine is situated in an exterior utility cupboard. A terrace accessed from the kitchen is furnished with a table and chairs for morning coffees.

The living/dining room is cozy and comfortably furnished and entertainment is provided by the flat screen TV with IPTV box with BBC, ITV, Sky Sports etc; DVD player and Sonos music system, so you can stream your favourite music directly from your tablet or smart phone.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one, two and three are in the main house. All bedrooms have split unit a/c and there are mosquito nets on all beds. Bedroom one is a double bedroom with an adjacent shower room. Bedroom two is accessed via the kitchen and has a double bed with an en suite shower room. Bedroom three is the master suite with an en suite bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower unit. Three of the bedrooms can be made up as twins if preferred.

Bedroom four is in the separate annexe cottage, which is complete with a double bedroom with split unit a/c; an en suite shower room and a living room with the sofa bed.

Outside Space

One of the outstanding features of this beautiful villa is the large swimming pool which measures 10 x 5 metres and which can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The pool is child friendly with a gated pool. The poolside terrace has a table and chairs for 8 positioned next to the integrated charcoal BBQ- and on the raised terrace overlooking the pool is a fabulous shaded dining terrace, perfect for enjoying al-fresco meals throughout your holiday. Next to the dining terrace is the sun terrace, furnished with 6 sun loungers and 2 comfortable chairs with footstools.

Surrounding the pool and terraces are extensive lawn gardens on the spacious 3000 square metre gated plot. A shaded pagoda is a lovely spot to read a book in peace and quiet whilst enjoying the country side views. There is plenty of space for parking on the villa's driveway and car port, and there is also a table tennis table, perfect for those family holiday tournaments!

Location

Quinta da Passarada benefits from a fabulous location in the countryside just a short driving distance, less than 10 minutes, from the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago and the renowned Laranjal golf course.

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are in the area, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

From the villa the airport at Faro is only approximately 10 minutes drive away and some of the Algarve's finest beaches can be reached within a 15 minute drive. The nearest town, Almancil, is less than 5 minutes drive away and here you will find an abundance of facilities including banks, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. And very close to Quinta da Passarada, within walking distance is an excellent local coffee shop and bakery, Heranca dos Sabores, where you can sample a wide range of delicious Portuguese cakes and delicacies. And new for 2019, there is now a supermarket across the road from the coffee shop -within walking distance of the villa!

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and towel change and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, linen and towel change. Pool towels, a safe and hairdryers in every bathroom are provided for your convenience.

A travel cot and a highchair are available at the villa free of charge upon prior request.
