There is a well equipped and newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher and a separate laundry area with washing machine. Leading off the kitchen is an patio area with covered terrace - Ideal for al fresco dining, in fact there is plenty of outside terrace for sitting and relaxing around most of the property.
