This beautiful property offers luxurious amenities such as electric blackout blinds in all of the bedrooms, a private roof top terrace with far reaching ocean views, a cinema room with a large flat screen Smart TV, a gymnasium, and perfect for those family holiday tournaments, games room facilities including a pool table and a table football table. The meticulous owners of Villa Martynika really have thought of everything and have ensured that all of your holiday needs are catered for.

The location of the villa is nothing short of outstanding- situated in a truly exclusive location in the centre of Carvoeiro with restaurants, eateries, cafes and bars on your doorstep and the local beach just a few minutes walk away. At Villa Martynika you can come and enjoy a relaxing, entertaining or active stay in this impeccable luxury property.

A control panel on each level allows you to effortlessly manage the villas lighting, speakers in the living area and the terrace off the kitchen, entrance gates, and the curtains. Centralised air conditioning with individual room controls on the ground and first floors of the villa; and Fibre optic Wi-fi internet throughout, both included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The moment you enter the lounge area of Villa Martynika, you will be greeted by a space adorned with plush, comfortable sofa and chair seating. Whether you are curling up to watch your favourite movie on the large flat-screen Smart TV equipped with an IPTV box showing a wide range of channels including English language channels BBC, ITV & Sky Sports - (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc); or simply unwinding with a good book, this lounge provides the ideal retreat. Double patio doors open to reveal the captivating pool and garden area, allowing for a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.

The modern kitchen is a haven for culinary enthusiasts. With its central island and large family dining table seating ten, this space was designed with both functionality and style in mind. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a range of high-end appliances, including an integrated Miele coffee machine, microwave, electric oven and grill, dishwasher, wine cooler, four electric hobs, extractor, juicer, kettle, toaster and a large fridge with a separate freezer. Patio doors open directly to the outside covered eating area and a further door to the parking area at the front of the villa. Whether you are whipping up a quick meal or indulging in a gourmet feast, this kitchen provides all the amenities needed to satisfy even the most discerning chef. Also on this level there is a guest cloakroom.

There is no shortage of entertainment options for guests of all ages. On the lower level of Villa Martynika you will find the cinema room, complete with a large flat-screen Smart TV. For those looking for a bit of friendly competition, the villa offers a table football table and a pool table - perfect for those family tournaments. If staying active is your preference, the well equipped, air conditioned gym will surely impress, featuring a running machine, weights bench, multifunction trainer and an exercise bike. Also on this level is the utility room which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level is bedroom one, this is a twin room providing flexibility for guests, with fitted wardrobes offering ample storage space for your belongings and an en suite bathroom with shower. Imagine waking up in the morning and opening the patio doors, allowing a fresh breeze to enter as you enjoy the view of your garden.

As you make your way to the upper level, you will discover bedrooms two, three, and four. Bedroom two boasts a double bed and fitted wardrobes, providing a comfortable and stylish space, an en suite shower room and patio doors that open onto a private balcony offering a view of the pool.

Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Step out onto the shared balcony, equipped with cosy sofa and chair seating, and relish the tranquility.

The master bedroom, bedroom four, offers the epitome of luxury with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The en suite shower room features double vanities. Patio doors open onto the shared balcony, connecting you with bedroom three and offering an additional space to relax and unwind.

Off the upper landing, patio doors lead to adecked terrace. Carry on ascending the steps to reach the roof terrace, where you can lounge on comfortable sofa & chair seating, and marvel at the breath-taking views of the surrounding area all the way to the ocean.

Outside Space

Surrounded by lush trees and shrubs, this idyllic space features a pristine faux grass lawn, perfect for enjoying picnics or simply basking in the sun's warm glow. Take a refreshing dip in the inviting infinity pool, measuring approximately 7.5m x 4m (the pool can be heated for an extra supplement) with convenient steps for easy access. Relax and soak up the sun on one of the six sunbeds or the spacious double sunbed. As the evening sets in, revel in the enchanting ambiance of the covered eating area, complete with a generous dining table and comfortable seating. Practice your culinary skills on the top-of-the-line gas BBQ with a food preparation area and a handy sink for a seamless cooking experience.

Location

Whether you prefer a relaxing beach day or exploring the stunning coastline, Carvoeiro has something for everyone. Villa Martynika provides the perfect base to embark on unforgettable adventures and create lasting memories.

You can walk to the lovely Carvoeiro beach in just a few minutes, and on the way you will pass numerous bars, shops, restaurants and the renowned town square where you have a variety of options at your disposal, including Portuguese, seafood and international restaurants; a tapas bar; a lively and bustling cafe; an ice cream parlour and much more. Carvoeiro beach is one of the Algarve's finest- set in a beautiful bay with golden sands and the famous and distinctive cliffs in the background.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and a mid-week bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels, safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
