Overview

Casa Venus is a delightful three bedroom villa with private pool located in the Dunas Douradas resort within the Vale do Lobo area. Situated just a five to ten minute stroll from the beach, the villa is also in close proximity to the Tennis Centre in Vale do Lobo and the facilities at Dunas Douradas which include a restaurant and a large communal pool. The property features air conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi internet, included in the rates.

Living Areas

Casa Venus benefits from a separate dining area which is situated next to the kitchen and just above the main living room area, which is accessed via 3 steps. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all your culinary needs, with appliances including a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, iron and ironing board, washing machine, gas hobs and extractor, coffee maker and dishwasher.

The living room is comfortably furnished with sofas and a second seating area with additional ceiling fan. Large TV with a wide range of English language cable channels, including BBC, ITV and all of the Sky Sports. Double patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All of the bedrooms in Casa Venus are air conditioned and en suite. Bedroom one has a double bed (bed measures 1.8m x 2m) and patio doors leading to the side terrace. Wall mounted TV with cable channels and double wardrobes with safe. En suite with shower unit and double wash basins.

Bedroom two has a double bed, patio doors leading across to the poolside terrace. Wall mounted TV with cable channels and an en suite with shower unit.

Bedroom three has twin beds, a dressing area, patio doors leading to the side terrace, wall mounted TV and an en suite bathroom. There is also an additional guest cloakroom.

Outside Space

The spacious poolside terraces are furnished with sun loungers and are flanked by lawn gardens, mature shrubs and trees, including a lovely lemon and orange tree on the side terrace. The private pool is freeform in shape with steps entry and measures approximately 10 metres x 5 metres. The pool can be heated upon prior request for a weekly supplemental charge. A superb shaded terrace area is equipped with plenty of seating and a dining table - perfect for enjoying meals cooked on the integrated gas BBQ.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service 3 x per week (except public holidays). Bathroom towels are changed midweek and linen weekly. Pool towels and a safety deposit box are provided for your convenience.
