Overview

We are very proud to exclusively represent Villa Valente, a contemporary design four bedroom villa that has been finished to a premium standard throughout by the meticulous owners. Situated on a large, spacious plot in the classy resort of Dunas Douradas, with the beach and various restaurants and resort facilities within close walking distance. All bedrooms in this impressive property are en suite and the fabulous pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge, protected by the electric cover.

Living Areas

Spacious living room with wall mounted flat screen smart TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports; Wi-fi internet, Bluetooth speaker and DVD player. (Please bring your own account details to log into Netflix etc on the smart TV).

The kitchen is open plan to the dining area and is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 4 x electric hobs, extractor, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and juicer. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for 2 persons.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has twin beds, a/c, doors to the side terrace and an en suite with large walk-in shower unit. These twin beds are zip & link and can be prepared as a double upon prior request.

There is an additional guest cloakroom with shower unit next to the villa entrance hallway on the ground floor.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three has a double bed, a/c, door leading to the spacious first floor terrace and an en suite bathroom with double vanities.

Bedroom four is the master suite, complete with double bed, a/c, double wardrobes with a safe, patio doors to the first floor terrace, wall mounted flat screen TV with the wide range of English language cable channels and an en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower unit.

Outside Space

Lovely large private swimming pool that measures approximately 10 metres x 5 metres with steps entry that can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. There is an electric cover to protect the heat at night. The pool is 1.00 metre deep for a third of the length of the pool, and then the rest of the pool is 1.40 metres to 1.50 metres in depth.

Covered BBQ terrace with integrated gas Beefeater BBQ, table and chairs, food prep area and drinks fridge. The poolside terrace is furnished with 6 sun loungers and the main exterior dining table and chairs. All around the terrace are extensive lawn garden areas.

Outdoor table tennis table available for guests.

There is room for off-road parking on the villa forecourt, protected by the electric entry gates. The forecourt is then gated off from the main poolside terrace, making this area safe for families with young children.

Villa Valente also benefits from superb additional terrace space- the first floor terrace is particularly spacious and is furnished with 4 sun loungers and patio furniture. And then on the top floor, the sun terrace offers the best views all the way to the ocean- the perfect place to relax and enjoy a sundowner or two!

Location

Villa Valente benefits from a fabulous location, with the beautiful Dunas Douradas beach, the renowned beachfront restaurant Maria's and the restaurants at nearby Praia do Garrao Nascente, where you will find trendy and popular beach restaurants such as Julias and Izzy's- all within walking distance.

The famous Vale do Lobo Praca, home to a wide selection of good quality restaurants including Sandbanks, Breeze and La Terrazza, can be accessed by walking along from the Dunas Douradas beach. And if you head in the other direction towards Quinta do Lago, you have a couple of excellent beach restaurants, such as the renowned 2 Passos with its fantastic views.

Clients staying at Villa Valente can use the communal pool at Dunas Douradas main reception free of charge and the tennis courts (local charges apply). There is also a restaurant, pool bar and a small supermarket here.

For sports enthusiasts, the Vale do Lobo tennis centre is on your doorstep and the superb golf courses that both Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago have to offer are also only a short distance away. Within 15 to 20 minutes’ drive are shopping malls, water parks, cinemas and other visitor attractions.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service 3 x per week, bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly, linen changed weekly. Pool towels, hairdryers in all bathrooms and a safe are provided for your convenience.
