Overview

Casa Celina is a traditional two bedroom, single storey property with a private swimming pool (which can be heated for a weekly supplement). This charming villa is situated in a great location and is only a short walk to the village of Guia where you will find all the amenities necessary for a perfect holiday. Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning are included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

Open plan living & dining area furnished with comfortable sofa seating, split unit air conditioning, flat screen Smart TV showing international cable channels including some English language channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). The adjacent dining area is complete with a table and seating for six people. Sliding patio doors open onto the poolside terrace. There is also a portable JBL speaker to enable you to stream your favourite tunes from your Smart device.

The modern kitchen is complete with marble work counters and is fully equipped with appliances including four gas hobs, an extractor, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and grill, Krups filter coffee machine, fridge freezer, toaster and a juicer. The kitchen back door opens onto a clothes drying area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors that open onto the poolside. This bedroom uses the adjacent guest bathroom with shower.

Bedroom two is a twin room (which can be made into a double upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes, a safe and split unit air conditioning. This bedroom utilises the adjacent full bathroom with a bath tub, walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

Casa Celina is a completely walled property with a large, private swimming pool with a manual pool cover (the pool can be heated for a weekly supplement) which measures approximately 10m x 5m and has steps for convenient entry. Laid to lawn in areas and furnished with four sun loungers. The budding chefs in your group can create all your holiday al-fresco meals on the brick charcoal barbecue, while you enjoy a cool drink in the shade around the dining table which has seating for six people. Casa Celina also has parking for several cars.

Location

Within a short drive you will reach the golden sandy beaches of: Salgados, Galé, Praia da Coelha, Praia do Castelo, Evaristo and Sao lourenço. The daily sunsets are truly amazing. Vale de Parra offers you a good selection of restaurants, including one with 2 Michelin Stars, and great cake shops with a large selection of homemade cakes. Albufeiras charming old town is located within a 10 min drive as well as Armação de Pera.

Aldi Supermarket, for your daily shopping is available within a short drive away.

The village of Guia is just a 5 minute drive away and has several restaurants specialising in Chicken Piri-Piri (chicken with spicy sauce), banks, Continente hypermarket and cake shops. Just outside Guia you will find Zoomarine, an aquarium with dolphin, sealion and parrot shows (great for kids) and the second largest shopping centre in the region, with many shops, restaurants, cinema and a supermarket. The nearest golf course and nature reserve, with lagoon and walkway (great for bird watching) are in Salgados (2 min drive). For a great family day out, there is a choice of water parks, a zoo with mini golf and a karting track, all within a 30 min drive.
