Casa Guia is a beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom villa situated on the charming Quinta dos Alamos estate, near to the town centre of Guia- where you will find a wide range of facilities and local restaurants, plenty of which specialise in the famous local dish Chicken Piri-Piri. This excellent rental property is very comfortable and features a private heat-able pool, air conditioning, high speed fibre Wi-Fi internet connection and much, much more!

Living Areas

Open plan living/dining room with heating/air conditioning, dining table and comfortable sofas, on which you can relax and enjoy the wide range of English language channels on the 47'' flat screen TV, including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. DVD player and I-pod dock.

Fully equipped kitchen, with appliances including a fridge freezer with ice compartment; toaster; juicer; egg boiler; dishwasher; coffee maker; 4 gas hobs; electric oven and microwave. The kitchen also features a TV with local cable channels (quite a few of this channels have programs in English) and a breakfast seating area.

The utility room houses the washing machine, iron & ironing board and an additional drinks fridge. Stored in this room is a child's pushchair and a set of golf clubs, both of which are available for guests to use should they require them.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin bedroom with split unit a/c or heating and an en suite shower room with heated towel rail.

Bedroom two is the Master suite complete with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres); split unit a/c or heating; double wardrobes; doors leading directly to the poolside terrace and a brand new refurbished en suite bathroom with bath and additional shower unit. There is also an additional guests cloakroom situated off the living room.

Bedroom three, has air conditioning/heating, a queen sized double bed and patio doors to the garden.

Outside Space

The private swimming pool at Casa Guia is freeform in shape and measures approximately 6 metres x 4 metres. The shallow end of the pool is 1.00 metre in depth; the mid depth is 1.55 metres and the deep end is 1.90 metres. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge and a manual pool cover is provided. Next to the pool the terrace houses 5 sun loungers for those looking to soak up the sun, and there is a shaded terrace with comfy seating and table and chairs alongside the villa. Also to be found in the gardens of Casa Guia is a BBQ and seating area with a traditional charcoal BBQ. Behind the villa is a communal lawn area for the Quinta dos Alamos estate which can be accessed via a gateway entrance.

An additional charcoal BBQ is also near the terrace and kitchen area.

Location

Located in Quinta dos Alamos in Guia- a great location as you can walk into the village of Guia with its numerous restaurants, bars, banks and mini-market etc with no need to drive! Guia also has a daily fish, fruit & vegetable market and a bakery.

Algarve Shopping Centre is the largest shopping complex in the region and only a few minutes drive away. It has multi cinemas, restaurants and much more. Albufeira town, famous for its night-life and wonderful Old Town is a 10 minute drive. There is a bus service from Guia to some beautiful beaches and also to Albufeira. All in all this is a great base to explore the attractions of this very special part of the Algarve.

Weekly maid service, towel & bed linen change. Pool towels, two hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.

For Winter lets gas central heating and/or logs can be provided for a supplemental extra.

The owners of the villa kindly provide a travel cot with linen and a highchair free of charge. Additional cots and highchairs can be rented for a weekly supplement.
