Algarve Tennis & Fitness Centre is in a prime location for all year tennis and other sports activities positioned in the Golden Triangle between Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura.
Whether you are a high level player, a recreational player or a beginner the Algarve Tennis and Fitness Club offers excellent tennis facilities. In a prime location in between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo the club has two acrylic hard courts, two artificial grass courts and one synthetic clay court (off site). Expert coaching is provided by the ATF team and covers everyone from the youngest players aged 4 or 5, right through juniors and teenagers up to adults and seniors.
ounger players and juniors can opt for individual coaching, join the group classes or team training modules. In the meantime adults can hone their skills with expert individual tuition, have fun with Triathalon Tennis, or join the round robin social tournaments.
With the aim of squeezing every drop of potential from every player the Algarve Tennis & Fitness Centre combines its training with a number of holistic activities such as Yoga and Pilates as well as more hard-core fitness activities like Spinning and Boot-Camp.
Specialists in Chinese medicine Lida and Peter Wang also offer their healing services at the club, which include a range of treatments such as acupressure, acupuncture, massages and herbal therapies.
There is also a Pro-Shop selling clothes, shoes, rackets, hats and bags. The shop also provides a racket stringing and general services facility and is close to the snack-bar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.
