The Campus is Quinta do Lago's sports hub, providing top class tennis, padel and sports facilities for professional athletes and enthusiastic amateurs. The multisport, high performance complex welcomes elite athletes as well as residents and holiday makers, all looking to hone and perfect their sporting prowess.
At the moment he Campus provides professional coaching, adapted for all levels, in a wonderful setting in the luxury resort. However this is just the start. There are expansion plans to open a full-size stadium pitch for field sports, a gymnasium for training, performance, recovery and rehabilitation and an aquatic centre.
For now, phase 1 is operational and includes four acrylic and two synthetic clay tournament tennis courts and four floodlit Padel courts equipped with the latest carpet technology. The Pavilion is a full-service clubhouse and also houses the Bike Shed. This on-site centre for recreational and competitive cycling offers custom bike fitting, analysis and road tracking for enthusiasts to triathletes.
At The Bike Shed you can rent bikes, suitable for competitive cyclists, and utilise the local natural beauty in Quinta do Lago on a bike tour which includes two eco systems (woodland and salt marshland), fish salting tanks and a sandy beach. Those with less athletic aspirations can still enjoy the scenic trail, especially on a sunny day.
