Ancao Gardens is a beautiful private condominium located in the Ancao Village Resort, which includes both the three bedroom linked villas and this separate and beautiful four bedroom villa with private pool.

The Ancao Gardens Premium villa is the perfect holiday destination for families or groups of friends, offering spacious and comfortable accommodation. With a total area of 180m2, this villa features a large living/dining room, perfect for socializing and spending quality time with loved ones. The villa has four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

For your comfort, the villa has air conditioning throughout, ensuring you stay cool even during the hottest days. The villa also boasts a private swimming pool, a barbecue, and parking for two cars. Please note that access to the bedrooms is via stairs. There is a child pool safety fence available upon prior request.

The communal areas of Ancao Gardens also include a large garden area with two swimming pools (one for adults, other for children), poolside changing facilities and toilets, poolside sun beds and shades, a tennis court, volleyball court, small grass football field, recreation area with table tennis, putting green and extensive lawn area. With so many activities to enjoy, your stay at the Ancao Gardens Premium villa is sure to be unforgettable.

Here you are located within walking distance of Ancao beach and a selection of beach bars and restaurants including Dois Passos, Bold Octopus, and only a few minutes walk down the sand to Julia's and Izzy's beach restaurants.

Prices are based upon 8 person occupancy, not including infants. Check-in is 17:00 and check-out is 10:00. If clients arrive early before check-in then there is a luggage storing facility available.

• From July 1st to September 1st, reservations must be made from Saturday to Saturday.

• From October 1st to May 31st, guests can enjoy discounts on bookings of 14 nights, 28 nights, or more.

• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required (5 nights in Easter, June, Christmas and New Year’s Eve. 7 nights in July and August.

Living Areas

The modern, well equipped kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, cafetiere, kettle, microwave, toaster, electric oven, hobs, extractor, juicer, blender & a fridge freezer. There is a utility cupboard off the kitchen which houses the recycling bins, iron and ironing board. Additionally there is a breakfast table with seating for two persons.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a two comfy sofas, a log burning fireplace, Wi-fi internet, Samsung Smart flat screen TV 43'' showing over 150 channels including some English speaking channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon etc), the adjacent dining area is complete with a table and seating for ten people. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace. There is an additional guest cloakroom with shower on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa has four air conditioned bedrooms spread over three floors, each of the bathrooms come with complimentary toiletries, all the patio doors are protected by mosquito nets and USB charging ports are available. Bedroom one is off the dining area and is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, flat screen Smart TV showing international cable channels including some English speaking channels (please bring you own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon etc) and an en suite shower room.

From the entrance level stairs lead up to bedroom two which is the master double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as the previously mentioned TV's and an en suite full bathroom. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with two chairs. are protected by mosquito nets and there are USB charging ports available.

Further stairs lead to bedroom three which is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Bedroom four is found on the top level of the villa and is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a convenient luggage storage cupboard.

Outside Space

The premium villa enjoys a private garden which is laid to lawn in areas, an outside shower to rinse yourselves off and a private swimming pool which measures approx. 8m x 5m and has steps for convenient entry, although clients can also access the communal facilities of the resort. Sun beds are provided and if its a little shade you prefer then there a large parasol. The covered outdoor dining area is furnished with a table and seating eight people, ideal to enjoy all your al-fresco meals cooked on the charcoal barbecue. A child pool safety fence is available upon prior request, should clients require it. The back gate from the pool and garden opens onto the resorts communal area. Private parking is available at the front of the villa.

Location

Ancao gardens is a luxurious development that is ideally located in the heart of the “Golden Triangle” between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. The area is surrounded by some of Europe’s best golf courses, beaches and the area’s best shopping and spa facilities. Ancão and Garrão beaches are only a few minutes walking and feature a water sports centre and a number of beach front bars and restaurants.

Other Items

Pool towels are provided for convenience. Cots and highchairs are available free of charge upon prior request. Rates include a midweek clean and towel change (high season only); and a weekly changeover clean, towel and bed linen change. A basic welcome pack is provided by the owners which includes wine, water, cookies and five coffee capsules. There is a hairdryer and a safe available in the villa for convenience.
