Casa Exquisite is a spectacular 4 bedroom luxury villa situated on the prestigious Quinta do Mar development. Located close to the beach, and centrally positioned between the resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale de Lobo, this is a top of the range property that will leave you in no doubt why the owners chose to name the villa ‘exquisite’.

The villa is protected by a camera entry system, electric gates, electric shutters and an alarm. There is room for parking on the villa driveway. The interiors of the villa are nothing short of outstanding with modern, state of the art furnishings and fittings in abundance. The property has a surround sound system and is fully air conditioned throughout and all of the bathrooms have towel heaters.

The villa is built on three floors, with the ground floor entrance being on the same level as the pool and gardens.

Living Areas

The open plan living and dining room features a lovely fireplace, surrounded by comfy seating, and with the surround sound system this is the perfect room to relax. The surround sound system has stored music, plays CDs and has an i-pod dock. Double patio doors lead directly to the pool side terrace and the dining room table has seating for 8 persons.

The kitchen is in keeping with the rest of the property, with a very modern design. A superb central breakfast bar with gas hobs dominates the room, and the appliances also comprise of a coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer, dishwasher, double fridge freezers and wine cooling fridge which is specifically for the guests use, providing you replace the contents as you go along! Also in the kitchen there is a television, telephone and double patio doors lead to the barbecue terrace.

The lower level of the villa also doesn’t fail to impress. A superb air conditioned living room with comfy seating, television and DVD player is arguably outplayed by the adjacent home cinema room- complete with a huge flat screen television with surround sound, mood lighting and featuring a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports. The owners have provided a selection of DVDs. There is also a bathroom with shower unit and the utility room on the lower level, which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The ground floor of the villa consists of two twin bedrooms. Both twin bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and there is an additional guest cloakroom. The beds are zip and link beds.

Bedrooms three and four are located on the first floor of the house. The master bedroom is a double room complete with a super king sized bed, television, DVD player, trouser press and en suite bathroom with a full bath and separate shower unit. The master bedroom benefits from a superb private terrace that overlooks the pool. Bedroom four is also a double bedroom (super king sized bed) with a television, en suite bathroom with separate shower unit and a private terrace overlooking the villa gardens

Outside Space

The swimming pool measures approximately 10 metres x 5 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplementary fee. The poolside is spacious with plenty of room for relaxing on the sun loungers, and is surrounded by a very pleasant garden with flowers, mature shrubs and a grass lawn. To the side of the house is a lovely shaded area that houses the gas barbecue and a dining table and chairs for 8 persons.

Location

The resort of Quinta do Mar offers you 24 hour security service, a tennis court and astro-turf football field, and importantly the beach is within walking distance where you will also find restaurants. All facilities such as golf courses, restaurants, bars, shopping centres and supermarkets are all just a short driving distance away.

Other Items

Cots and highchairs are available free of charge upon request. Maid service is obligatory Monday- Friday. Towel change twice per week and bed linen change once weekly.

Please note there is a resident cat that the owner feeds and will come to the kitchen door, the owner does leave food to enable you to do this.
