Sun-hat is delighted to welcome Casa Exquisite back to our luxury villa portfolio. Following an extensive refurbishment, this elegant four-bedroom villa has returned to the rental market with beautifully updated interiors and enhanced outdoor living spaces.

Designed with comfort and easy living in mind, the interiors offer a stylish yet relaxed atmosphere throughout. Outside, the private pool terrace is framed by mature plants and shrubs, creating a peaceful and secluded setting, ideal for long days in the sun. Set within the sought-after Quinta do Mar development, the villa enjoys an excellent location close to Ancão Beach, perfectly positioned between the prestigious resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.

Living Areas

A few steps lead up to the front door. The air conditioned lounge and dining area are of an open plan design and comfortably furnished, including a feature fireplace, a surround sound system, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide variety of English language channels including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports & TNT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and two x two seater sofas and two arm chairs, Patio doors lead to the poolside terrace. The dining area is complete with a large table and eight chairs. Double patio doors lead to the poolside terrace. The surround sound system has stored music, plays CDs and has an i-pod docking station.

The air conditioned modern kitchen with a wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same selection of channels as the lounge TV and a central island with six stools is well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including five gas hobs, an extractor, large electric oven and grill, integrated microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler, two fridges and two freezers. You’ll also find a Miele coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, cafetière, mixer and toaster. Double patio doors open directly onto the shaded BBQ terrace, making outdoor dining wonderfully easy. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

On the lower level of the villa, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed office space complete with a desk and chair — ideal for catching up on emails or working in peace. Nearby, an inviting air conditioned lounge with sofa seating, two armchairs and a curated selection of books offers the perfect spot to relax and switch off.

For evenings in, the carpeted home cinema/ TV lounge delivers a true movie night experience, featuring a huge flat screen TV, surround sound and atmospheric mood lighting. Guests can enjoy an extensive range of English language channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports.

The air conditioned utility room is fully equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

A guest shower room with heated towel rail completes this level of the villa.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one & two. Bedroom one is a twin room with 0.90m x 2.0m beds, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the garden. Bedroom two is a double room (twin beds together) split unit air conditioning, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden. The beds are zip and link beds.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is the master double room with a 1.80m x 2.0m bed, a dressing area, fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen TV, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanities, and a heated towel rail.

Bedroom four is a double room with a 1.80m x 2.0m bed, a flat screen TV, split unit air conditioning, and en suite large bathroom & dressing area with fitted wardrobes, double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the pool and furnished with two chairs and a parasol.

Outside Space

The swimming pool measures approximately 10 metres x 5 metres and has steps for easy entry. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplement and has an electric pool cover to help retain the heat in the evenings. The terrace is is surrounded by flowers, mature shrubs and trees. The poolside terrace is spacious with plenty of room for relaxing on the sun loungers or if you prefer a little shade two parasols are provided. There is also a poolside shower, ideal for rinsing off before or after a swim. To the side of the villa is a lovely shaded area that houses the gas BBQ with a food preparation counter and a sink. The large outside dining table and chairs is the ideal spot to enjoy all your al fresco meals together.

Location

This beautiful property is South facing and located within easy walking distance of the beautiful Ancao beach and some of the Algarve’s finest beachfront restaurants, including 2 Passos and The Bold Octopus. The wooden boardwalk leading to Garrão Beach is also just a short stroll away. Situated in an exclusive position in the sought after area of Quinta do Mar, between the resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. The resort of Quinta do Mar offers you 24 hour security service, a tennis court and astro-turf football field.

Quinta do Lago, one of the most exclusive areas of the Algarve, and perfect for both golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and only a few minutes' drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches are many other facilities, such as horse riding, wind surfing, and sailing. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and Bougainvillea Plaza where you will find boutique shops, restaurants, bars, banks, and a supermarket.

Vale do Lobo's club house is where you will find the excellent Spikes bar and restaurant; shops and a spa. There are two excellent golf courses in the resort, the Ocean and Royal courses; and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars & restaurants and entertainment during the summer months. Vale do Lobo's tennis centre features eight hard courts (four of them floodlit) and four floodlit artificial clay courts. It’s also home to eight floodlit padel courts, a swimming pool, a gym, a pro shop and a bar and restaurant.

Other Items

Maid service is Monday- Friday. Towel change twice per week and bed linen change once weekly. Cots and highchairs are available free of charge upon request. The villa is protected by a camera entry system, electric gates, electric shutters and an alarm. The property also has a surround sound system. There is room for parking on the villa driveway.

Please note there is a resident cat that the owner feeds and will come to the kitchen door, the owner does leave food to enable you to do this.
