Sun-hat is delighted to present Villa Serenity – a striking & contemporary five bedroom top of the range residence, offering breathtaking views over the Quinta do Lago São Lourenço golf course and lake. Designed for modern luxury living, this beautiful property has a striking double height entrance hall with a sweeping staircase, an internal lift spanning all floors, an air conditioned soundproofed cinema room, an air conditioned private gym with natural light, a table tennis table, a sauna/steam room, a Padel court, and finally, a putting green. Ideally located in the privileged Parque Atlântico area within the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago. Villa Serenity is a truly exceptional villa, which we highly recommend!

Fibre optic Wi-Fi and centralised air conditioning throughout, with individual room controls, are included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The spacious kitchen, breakfast area, TV snug and dining area are all open plan and designed with both comfort and style in mind. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay, including two integrated electric ovens, a dishwasher, two microwaves, five gas hobs with an extractor, two fridge freezers, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a juicer. At its centre sits a large island with a breakfast counter and four stools.

The dining area is furnished with a generous table and chairs. The TV snug offers a cosy retreat, complete with comfortable sofa seating and a wall mounted Smart TV showing a wide selection of English language channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and TNT Sports (guests can also log in using their own credentials to enjoy streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, etc). The spacious and formal separate lounge is furnished with a sofa and armchair seating and is complete with a feature fireplace & patio doors that lead to the poolside terrace. There is also a cloakroom on this level.

On the lower level of the villa, guests will find a bright, air conditioned gym, equipped with a running machine, rowing machine, exercise bike, free weights, and built-in Sonos speakers for streaming playlists straight from your Smart device. This level also includes a steam room and a shower – perfect for after a workout.

For leisure, the games room offers sofa seating, a wall mounted Smart TV, and a table tennis table, ideal for fun family tournaments. The cinema room is fully soundproofed and air conditioned & features twelve luxurious leather seats, and is equipped with an Xbox, Apple TV, and access to the same wide selection of channels as the other TVs in the villa. Also on this floor is the utility room, complete with washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board, along with a further guest cloakroom. A convenient door provides direct access back up to the poolside terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level, you will find bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the garden. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the garden.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms three, four & five. Bedroom three is the master double suite, complete with a dressing area, a wall mounted flat screen TV & soundbar showing the same channels as the previous TVs, and patio doors that lead to a private balcony with sea views. The en suite bathroom includes a free-standing bathtub, a walk-in shower, double vanities, and a heated towel rail. Bedroom four is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Bedroom five is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with golf & sea views.

Outside Space

The spacious garden is mainly laid to lawn, with plenty of shaded and comfortable spots to sit back and unwind. Just a few steps away, you’ll find the floodlit Padel court, perfect for some friendly family holiday competition (raquets and balls are provided). Two swing hammocks offer the perfect place to relax on hot summer days. The pool, measuring around 13m x 6m, has gentle steps for easy access and can be heated for a weekly supplement. A pool cover is also available to help keep the warmth in during the evenings. Around the pool, the sun terrace is furnished with loungers and parasols, so you can choose between sunbathing or enjoying a little shade.

For those who love to cook, the outdoor kitchen is a real highlight. Complete with a Beefeater gas BBQ, food prep counter, fridge, and dishwasher. There’s counter seating with four stools, plus a large shaded dining table with room for twelve guests — perfect for al-fresco meals. If golf is your passion, enjoy a game on the private pitch and putt (clubs and balls are provided).

The roof terrace is the finishing touch, with wonderful views of the lake and sea. It features a bar, a cosy sitting area, a dining area, and even lift access for convenience.

Location

Situated in the prestigious Parque Atlantico area of Quinta do Lago, where you are only a short drive away from a wide range of renowned restaurants, five excellent golf courses, and other leisure activities, including tennis and horse riding. The fashionable Quinta shopping centre, and some of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches, are also close by.

Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon-Fri with a mid-week bathroom towel change and a weekly bed linen & bathroom towel change. Pool towels & hairdryers are provided for your convenience. There is also a large garage.
