Sun-hat are delighted to introduce you to apartment Iris, a beautifully renovated two bedroom retreat, ideally located within walking distance of the Praca and the golden sands of Vale do Lobo beach.
Internet Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
Steps lead up to the open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Comfortably furnished with sofa and chair seating, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide variety of English language channels including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and a dining table with seating for four people. Patio doors open onto a small balcony furnished with a table & chairs and offering lovely views of the sea.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including an integrated electric oven, grill & microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, four electric hobs, an extractor, juicer, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is a twin room with two 0.90m x 2m beds, split unit air conditioning, and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom two is a double room with a 1.80m x 2m bed, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a selection of international channels including some English language channels. Both bedrooms share the adjacent family bathroom with shower.
Outside Space
The small balcony off the lounge is furnished with a table & chairs and offers lovely views of the sea.

Apartment Iris is perfectly placed in the heart of Vale do Lobo, making it easy to enjoy everything the resort has to offer. The golden beaches and the vibrant Praça are just a short walk away, where you’ll find a great selection of bars, restaurants and cafés, along with family friendly entertainment throughout the summer.
Vale do Lobo is a well established five star resort, located around a 20-minute drive from Faro Airport. Guests have access to two championship golf courses, tennis courts, a spa, a supermarket, and a variety of dining and social options. For those looking to explore further, activities such as water sports and horse riding are all available within a five-minute drive.

Rates include a midweek light clean & bathroom towel change; and a weekly full changeover clean, bed linen & bathroom towel change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.

There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 01 Nov - 31 Mar)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
Supplementals
1 x loaf sliced bread, 1 x butter, 1 x litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 x bottle white wine, 1 x carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 x bottle lemonade, 20 sachets sugar, 1 x pack ham, 1 x pack sliced cheese, 4 x pieces seasonal fruit, 4 x tomatoes or 1 x pack cherry tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 x large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
