On the ground floor of the villa is the air conditioned living area with a TV with cable channels and a DVD player. A flight of steps takes you up to the first floor, where the kitchen and dining area are situated.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including an integrated microwave, fridge freezer, electric hobs, dishwasher, washing machine and oven. Dining table for 4 persons and breakfast seats 2 persons. Patio doors lead outside from the dining area to a terrace with dining table and BBQ.
Bedroom one is on the first floor of the property and this is a double bedroom with a/c, an en suite shower room and wardrobes. Bedroom two is on the second floor, and this is a twin bedroom with a/c, an en suite shower room and wardrobes with safe.
On the first floor of the property there is a private roof terrace which is accessed from the second floor.
