Overview

Villa Elouise is a traditional four bedroom property, built on two levels and with a private pool (which can be heated for an extra weekly supplement). Villa Elouise enjoys a superb location within the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, with the lively Praca and Vale do Lobo's golden beach only a short distance away. Fibre optic Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included in the weekly rental rate.

Living Areas

The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, four slice toaster, fridge freezer, integrated microwave, electric oven and grill, four electric hobs, extractor, dishwasher, blender, juicer and a serving hatch through to the dining room. A door from the kitchen leads to the outside clothes drying area.

The open plan lounge and dining area is complete with split unit air conditioning are furnished with a table and seating for six people, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc), comfy sofa seating, two chairs and a fireplace for the cooler months. Patio doors open directly onto the poolside and terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the entrance level. Bedroom one is a double room (which can be made as two singles on prior request), fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Bedroom two is a twin room (which can be made as a double on prior request), fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening directly onto the poolside. Both bedrooms one and two both share the adjacent family bathroom with double vanities.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Bedroom four is the master double room with fitted wardrobes, a dressing area, safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. Patio doors open directly onto a large, south west facing terrace with magnificent sea views and stairs leading down to the poolside.

Outside Space

From the poolside terrace stairs lead up to the master bedroom balcony. The poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a gas BBQ and comfortable sofa and chair seating. The pool measures approx. 6m x 3m (which can be heated for an extra weekly supplement). There is a dining table with seating for eight people and an awning for a little shade. The washing machine is a combination of washer + dryer and is in an outside cupboard.

Location

Villa Elouise is within a 5 minute walk of 'The Praca', which is a popular area for families and where you will find a wide range of restaurants and bars. Vale do Lobo's long golden beach is also only a stones throw away as is the golf club!

Vale do Lobo benefits from two championship golf courses, the Royal course and the Ocean course, and in nearby Quinta do Lago you will find a further 5 championship golf courses, as well as a wide range of restaurants and the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Rates include a maid service Mon – Fri. Towels changed midstay & bed linen changed weekly. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Please note that there is a crane clearly visible from the lounge, bedrooms and pool area of Villa Elouise. The crane is positioned on a plot on a different, lower street to the avenue that Elouise is situated on. Noise from the works may be audible on occasion but should be mostly intermittent. Therefore a building work discount is not available for clients that choose to book this property. Also please note that we are not expecting any building work to be allowed in the peak months of July and August by the local council.
