We are very proud to exclusively represent Quinta Flamingo, a top of the range, five-bedroom villa. that is perfect for your family villa holiday in the Algarve. This stunning property has been designed to the highest specification, and the meticulous owners have thought of absolutely everything to make this the ultimate luxury family retreat - including a huge salt water swimming pool, tree house, basketball court, in-ground trampoline, grass football pitch, children's play room and every little luxury detail thought of. There is a bunk bed in this room, 90 x 200mm with a max weight of 70kg suitable for children.

The superb central location of Quinta Flamingo is within close driving distance of the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, and it is close to the best and most popular beaches, has easy access to the towns of Almancil, Loule, Quarteira, and Vilamoura, with its famous Marina night life and the “Aqua Show” water park.

Extra high-speed Wi-fi Internet makes this house, not only perfect holiday house but makes sure you are connected to any work requirements you might need. The property has water-based air conditioning, suitable for any allergy sensitive client, all patio doors are fitted with mosquito screens. A printer/ photocopier/scanner is available for clients, what makes you have your travel documentation at your fingertips.

Living Areas

The stunning contemporary kitchen is open plan with the dining area and is fabulously well equipped- the top of the range appliances. includes a wine chiller, steam oven, xl size oven, fridge, freezer, ice machine, hot plate drawer, teppanyaki, 4 ceramic hobs with extractor, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, kettle and Jura coffee machine. The separate utility house contains all the laundry facilities.

The light and spacious living room is furnished with lots of comfy sofas for relaxing and has a dining table with seating for 8 persons. The large flat screen TV has a wide range of cable channels, including the English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. Patio doors lead directly to the amazing poolside terrace.

Next to this room is the gym, complete with Technogym running machine and cross trainer; free weights; training mat and medicine ball. The patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace and give you lovely views of the pool and gardens whilst you train!

The property also includes a portable Bluetooth speaker, so you can stream your favourite music directly from your smart device out to the terrace, or any room in the house that you choose.

And to delight the younger guests there is a brilliant children's play room, fully stocked with toys, books and a rocking horse, and complete with a children's piano keyboard and a wall mounted flat screen TV with seating area. There are two single pull out sofa beds in this room that can each be booked for a weekly supplemental charge upon prior confirmation from the owner.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The sumptuous bedrooms in Quinta Flamingo are soft and tactile and beautifully designed, with fluffy white towels and luxury linens. The guest cloakroom and bathrooms are of the highest specification, reflecting the mood of the sea with glistening shimmery tiles throughout.

Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the villa, and bedrooms two to five are on the first floor.

Bedroom one has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes, a/c, flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels (including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports) and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. There are also two additional guest cloakrooms on the ground floor.

Bedroom two on the first floor is a twin bedroom with a/c, fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the terrace with views over the pool and gardens to the sea. Bedroom three is a double bedroom with a/c, fitted wardrobes and doors to the terrace. Bedrooms two and three share the use of the large family bathroom, complete with freestanding stone bath, separate shower unit and double vanity basins.

Bedrooms four and five can be utilised as separate bedrooms, or can be used as double bedroom suite for a family with young children. There is a Nespresso coffee maker and a drinks chiller which services these two bedrooms. Bedroom four is a twin bedroom with a/c, fitted wardrobes and doors to the terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. Bedroom five is the master suite with large double bed, a/c, fitted wardrobes and doors to the terrace which is furnished with a table and chairs. The wall mounted flat screen TV shows a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. Bedrooms four and five share the use of the second family bathroom, with spa bath, rain maker shower unit and double vanities.

Outside Space

The electric entry gates open on the villa forecourt, where the driveway leads to the designated parking spaces. The grounds of Quinta Flamingo are exceptional. The huge private salt water swimming pool has been built with specifically large dimensions, measuring 13 metres x 8 metres with steps entry. The pool is heated by solar panels and this is free of charge to Sun-hat customers- although please note that this form of pool heating is principally designed to take the chill off the water and water temperature cannot be guaranteed, as it is dependant on the ambient weather conditions. There is a separate small shallow pool, ideal for young children.

The poolside terrace is furnished with 8 sun loungers and a Balinese style canopied double sunbed. Next to the poolside terrace is the magnificent shaded dining and BBQ terrace, complete with a Broil King gas BBQ, bar and dining table with seating for 10 persons.

The grounds of Quinta Flamingo are packed with entertainment treats for the family. From the poolside terrace a small wooden bridge leads to the tree house. Next to here, the lawn garden houses the trampoline, hammock and a super zip wire, set up between two trees. Behind the pool terrace, a grass pathway leads down to the excellent mini grass football pitch; the children's play area with swings and the basketball court. There is so much to do at the villa the children will never be bored!

Location

Quinta Flamingo is ideally situated in a central location within close driving distance of the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago- and here some of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches and restaurants can also be discovered. The towns of Almancil and Quarteira are also close by, where you will find all the necessary facilities- supermarkets, chemists, shops, cafes and restaurants. Vilamoura, with its famous marina, is just a 10 minute drive away, as is the airport at Faro.

The property to the sea and vale do lobo resort in less then 5 minutes car drive, still being short distance to town Loule, Vilamoura, Almancil village, Aquashow , Karting Almancil, Algarve Tennis fitness and Apolonia supermarket. The road is cycling friendly and it would take approximately 15 min easy drive to beach.

Other Items

Rates include daily maid service provided by the housekeeper, Monday - Friday, 2 hours per day. Bathroom towels are changed midweek and weekly. Bedroom linen is changed weekly.

Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are also provided for your convenience.

The housekeeper Paula is available for additional maid service or extra laundry, food and local fruit/vegetable supply. She can make you breakfast, prepare a BBQ or any Portuguese special dish you might want to taste, all this is available as extra and is payable locally.
