Villa Olivia is a beautiful three plus one bedroom villa with its own garden and private pool. Located just a stone's throw away from Almancil, this villa is nestled on a spacious private plot, providing you with ample space to relax and unwind. With its close proximity to the vibrant Vale do Lobo & Quinta do Lago, you can easily indulge in the glitz and glamour of the area within a short 10-minute drive. With air conditioning and Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

Open plan lounge, dining area & kitchen comfortably furnished with ample sofa seating and an armchair, a large flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and split unit air conditioning. The dining area is complete with a table with seating for six people. Patio doors open onto the garden.

The air conditioned kitchen is modern and well equipped with a central island and three accompanying stools, appliances include an induction hob, extractor, Dulce Gusto coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, a large integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, toaster and a kettle. A door leads to the outside dining area and pool. The separate utility room houses the washing machine, iron & ironing board. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level is bedroom one, this is a double room with fitted wardrobes; a wall mounted Smart TV for streaming only, please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc; split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with a freestanding bath tub, walk-in shower unit and a heated towel rail. Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower unit.

On the lower level there is a 4th bedroom with double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom has no natural light.

Outside Space

Villa Olivia boasts a beautifully kept private garden that requires minimal upkeep thanks to its faux grass. With lemon, orange, olive, and palm trees, you'll feel like you're in your own little oasis. The highlight of the garden is the inviting pool, measuring approx. 9m x 5m with convenient steps for entry and the spacious poolside terrace is equipped with six sun loungers and a parasol, perfect for those who want to soak up the sun or relax in the shade. For added convenience, there is an outside shower to rinse off after a refreshing swim. If you're looking for a cosy spot to unwind, there is a shaded area with comfortable sofa seating and a swing seat. Whether you want to bask in the sun, take a dip in the pool, or simply relax in the garden, this property offers the perfect outdoor retreat. A gas BBQ is provided for guests.

Location

Located on the outskirts of Almancil, ideally situated in the prestigious area of the 'golden triangle'. A five minute drive takes you to the glamorous resort of Vale do Lobo. The 'Apolonia' supermarket is within easy driving distance. Some of the most stunning beaches in the Algarve are only a 10 minute drive away.
