Villa Allure is a majestic five bedroom villa located in the luxury Oceano Clube development in the resort of Vale do Lobo, situated close to the beach in an elevated position with a jaw dropping backdrop overlooking the nearby nature reserve and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Designed by renowned architect Vasco Vieira, the villa plays with water, stone and glass in an organised and concise manner. A simply sensational luxury villa of the highest specification. The villa sleeps a maximum of 10 persons

Living Areas

Before entering you are greeted with stone steps raised up from the road level to the villa’s entry level and a signature palm tree. The grand door opens into the hallway with direct visual access through the living room and out to sea. From here the fully fitted and equipped designer kitchen opens out to a covered patio with a gas barbecue, dining & lounge area with wall mounted flat screen TV to relax in style.

The kitchen appliances include a fridge, freezer, combi ovens, coffee machine and a central island with gas hobs, electric hobs, dishwasher, breakfast bar, and a large wall mounted flat screen TV. There are also full length glass windows which make full use of the beautiful and far reaching ocean views.

The basement level of Villa Allure has a games room with a table tennis table, TV/cinema room, bar, a patio, and the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The games room can be separated from the cinema room by sliding panels. The bar & cinema room has a underwater window feature to the swimming pool. The TV/ cinema has a blu-ray DVD player and a Sonos music system with a collection of stored music, and you can also connect your own i-pods and i-pads to this system via wi-fi connection.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The lower level, which is on the same level as the poolside terraces, consists of three double bedrooms and a guest cloakroom. The three bedrooms are south facing, have TVs and en-suites and open out to the pool patio. The master bedroom is unique in the sense that there is also a lounge area which overlooks the smaller pool that cascades off of the swimming pool with the amazing view beyond. The en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom has a walk in shower and a bath overlooking the magnificent sea view and there is a separate walk-in wardrobe.

Bedrooms two and three are double rooms and have en-suite shower rooms, TVs, walk-in wardrobes and doors leading directly to the poolside terraces. The basement level also has two excellent double bedrooms, both of which benefit from natural light and which have TVs and en-suite shower rooms.

Outside Space

The pool is accessed via glass stairs from the entrance level patio or from any of the bedrooms on the lower level. The infinity design swimming pool measures approximately 12 metres x 4 metres and has a wood decking patio. The landscaped garden camouflages in with its surroundings using bamboos, cacti and grass plants.

The roof terrace has ample sunbathing space and also a large built in sofa. From here you can enjoy the sunset in peace and awe of your surroundings. There is also a plunge pool on the roof to cool off on hot days or nights.

Location

Situated within close walking distance of Praia do Vale do Garrão Nascente, which is better known as the fashionable Julia’s beach, where you will find a selection of renowned beach bars, restaurants and eateries.

Rates include a maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bedroom linen. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience. Please note that this villa is not suitable for families with young children due to the layout of the villa and the design of features such as the glass staircase.
