Overview

Villa Coogee is an outstanding contemporary design villa which has been tastefully furnished throughout, with four bedrooms and sensational panoramic views of the ocean. Situated in a prime location in the exclusive Oceano Clube within the prestigious Vale Do Lobo resort (aka Vale do Lobo zone 2) and within close walking distance of the beautiful Praia do Vale do Garrao Nascente- which is better known as Julia's beach- where you will find a selection of excellent and renowned restaurants.

The property is built on three floors, and features centralised air conditioning throughout with individual room controls, included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The bright open plan lounge and kitchen are comfortably furnished, the lounge has ample sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports and triple patio doors opening directly onto the shared balcony.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with appliances including a toaster, kettle, four electric hobs, fridge freezer, wine cooler, electric oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, double sink and a breakfast counter with stool seating for four people. Patio doors open directly onto the dining balcony. There is a guest cloakroom on this level.

On the upper level you will find a fantastic large terrace, the perfect spot for lounging and chilling out with a sundowner or two. From here you have unspoilt far reaching sea views along the coast to Quinta do Lago. You will also find an office space here for those that require it.

On the lower level of the villa you will find the utility room which houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Also on this level is the TV room with a flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, comfy sofa seating, plus some free weights and an exercise bench.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the entrance level of the villa. Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a shared balcony with sea views overlooking the pool. Bedroom two is the master double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanities, heated towel rail and a glass sliding divide from the bedroom to the bathroom. Patio doors open directly onto the shared balcony with sea views overlooking the pool.

On the lower level of the villa are bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe and use of the adjacent shared shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace. Bedroom four is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and use of the adjacent shared shower room with a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

There is plenty of sunbathing space on the poolside terrace which is furnished with eight sun loungers. The pool measures approx. 9m x 5m and has steps entry. There is an outside shower to remove your lotions before entering the pool. The outdoor lounging area is furnished with comfy sofa seating and the BBQ area is the ideal spot for the budding chef in your group and is complete with a gas BBQ, food preparation area and a sink. The terrace, which stretches from the living room to the master suite, is furnished with a dining table and seating for eight persons. There is also space for off-road parking on the villa forecourt, accessed via the villa's electric entry gates.

Location

This villa enjoys a fabulous location close to the Praia do Vale do Garrão Nascente, which is better known as Julia’s beach, where you will find a selection of renowned beach bars, restaurants and eateries.

Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon - Fri (not including bank holidays). Pool towels and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Please note that there is building work in the area but nothing that directly affects the pool area of Villa Coogee as the house itself protects the poolside from villas that are under construction in the same road, opposite to the entrance of Villa Coogee. Cranes are generally visible from the villa's viewpoints however this is general to the whole area. The coastal location of this villa, and the sea views from the upper terraces are second to none!
