The villa's impressive infinity pool is split over two levels. The upper pool measures approximately 15 metres x 6 metres and the lower pool section is 20 metres in length. Surrounding the pool are lawn gardens and the majestic far reaching ocean views can be enjoyed from all around the grounds. Offroad parking is available on the villa forecourt, protected by the electric entry gates.
The roof terrace is accessible by the exterior stairs and has ample space for sunbathing, BBQ area and jacuzzi. This is a very private space with glorious views.
This villa enjoys a fabulous location close to the Praia do Vale do Garrão Nascente, which is better known as Julia’s beach, where you will find a selection of renowned beach bars, restaurants and eateries.

The rates quoted for 2022 bookings are based on 2021 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2021 when contracts are signed.
