Villa Arumai is a literally amazing south facing five bedroom villa on an elevated double plot in Vale do Lobo’s Ocean Club. The exteriors boast extensive landscaped gardens with an array of water features, spacious terraces and the infinity pool from which you can enjoy the spectacular sea views.

Living Areas

The ground floor comprises the entrance hall with elevator (which operates between the lower, ground and first floor) with direct views out to the sea, guest cloakroom, office area, double height living room with feature fireplace, separate TV lounge with 2 recliners and flat screen TV, fully fitted and equipped modern kitchen & the formal dining room with seating for 10 persons.

The kitchen equipment features Gaggenau and Miele appliances which comprise of an integrated coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, wine chiller, kettle, fridge freezer with ice maker, combi-oven, warming trays and steam oven. Central island with fat fryer, 2 x gas hobs, 2 x electric hobs and dishwasher. Breakfast bar with 3 stools. Double patio doors lead directly to the covered exterior dining terrace with table with seating for 10 persons, integrated Beefeater gas BBQ, 2 x gas hobs, fridge and Bose music speakers. Next to the dining terrace is a shaded terrace with comfy seating, where you can relax and enjoy the vista and the serenity of the ocean.

The lower level of the villa is comprised of the large TV room with bar (huge wall mounted flat screen TV with a wide range of channels and DVD player), the laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and two double bedroom suites with pool deck access. The bar is serviced with a kitchenette with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and wine chiller.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the lower level of the villa and lead out to the same shared terrace. Both rooms have a double bed, central a/c, TV, double wardrobes and en suite bathrooms with a shower unit and double vanities.

The first floor is home to the master suite with private south facing terrace with jacuzzi and two other double suites with a stretching south facing terrace. The master suite has a double bed, central a/c, TV, ocean views, dressing area, en suite with double vanities and shower unit, separate WC and doors to the private master suite terrace with jacuzzi and furnished with sun loungers.

Bedrooms four and five on this level both have a double bed, TV, central a/c, ocean views, en suite bathroom with shower and double vanities and doors to the terrace with beautiful views.

Outside Space

The villa's impressive infinity pool is split over two levels. The upper pool measures approximately 15 metres x 6 metres and the lower pool section is 20 metres in length, the pool can be heated for a supplemental charge. Surrounding the pool are lawn gardens and the majestic far reaching ocean views can be enjoyed from all around the grounds. Offroad parking is available on the villa forecourt, protected by the electric entry gates.

The roof terrace is accessible by the exterior stairs and has ample space for sunbathing, BBQ area and jacuzzi. This is a very private space with glorious views.

Location

This villa enjoys a fabulous location close to the Praia do Vale do Garrão Nascente, which is better known as Julia’s beach, where you will find a selection of renowned beach bars, restaurants and eateries.
