Villa Belissima is a stunning 5 bedroom property situated just a few hundred yards from the beach of Vale do Lobo and the popular Praca area. The villa was built on one of the original plots and is finished to an extremely high standard. There is also a private tennis court at this property.
Complete with air conditioning, under floor heating, permanent hot water system, alarm, entry phone system, sound system and a central control panel for the villa's electric shutters. All doors are protected by mosquito screens.
The main living area is on the ground floor and can only be described as "extremely generous" in size, and this is complimented by the architectural design and the finishings of the walls, floors, fixtures and fittings. There is a large living room with comfortable sofas and chairs, a dining room, a fully fitted kitchen, a TV room equipped with cable TV with many English language channels including UK freeview channels (BBC,ITV) and Sky Sports.
The living room is superbly spacious, with a wall mounted flat screen television (again with cable TV) and patio doors leading to the poolside terrace. The dining room is separated from the living room by sliding doors.
The contemporary design kitchen is fully equipped with a flat screen television, microwave, gas hobs, two ovens, drinks chiller, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer, juicer and Nespresso coffee machine. Capsules for the coffee machine are available at the villa and can be paid for locally to the house manager. There is an I-pod dock in the kitchen. On the lower level of the villa there is a utility room with two washing machines and a tumble dryer.
Next to the kitchen is a comfortable television/family room with flat screen TV, a Blu-ray DVD player, card table and an office area with printer.
On the lower level of the villa you will find two games rooms- one with a pool table, darts board and a home cinema (complete with DVD and Playstation 3), and the other games room is equipped with a table tennis table, and has a bathroom with shower directly next door. If the size of your party is just over the maximum occupancy of 10 persons, then this games room can be suitable for children or teenagers to sleep in, please enquire for further details.
There are a total of 5 bedrooms, all with en suite facilities. All bathrooms have heated towel rails. Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor entrance level and these rooms are twins that are made up as doubles (beds measure 1.8m x 1.90m) which can be made back into twin beds upon request. Bedroom one's en suite has a large walk-in shower and the en suite bathroom to bedroom two has a bath and separate shower unit. There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.
Bedrooms three, four and five are on the first floor. Bedroom three is a triple room with a double (bed measures 1.80m x 2m) and single bed (bed measures 0.90m x 1.90m), a small private terrace and an en suite shower room.
Master bedroom four is a double room (bed measures 1.80m x 2.10m) with a large separate dressing area, a private terrace overlooking the pool and tennis court, access to a shared terrace and two large en suite bathrooms- one shower room, and one bathroom with bath and separate shower unit.
Bedroom five is a double room (bed measures 1.70m x 2m) with an en suite shower room and this bedroom shares a terrace with the Master.
Patio doors lead out to a large poolside terrace with ample room for sunbathing, patio furniture and a gas BBQ. The delightful pool measures 12 metres x 6 metres, and is protected by an electric cover. The pool benefits from solar panel heating however additional gas heating is available for a weekly supplement. There is a shower room and WC with direct exterior access.
The property is fully air-conditioned. Maid cleaning is 5 days per week and is included in the rental rate.
There is tennis equipment and golf clubs available for you to use at the villa.
