Overview

Welcome to Villa Lea, a traditional four-bedroom villa with a private pool & a jacuzzi, centrally located in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo. Ideally situated just a very short stroll from the lively Praca and Vale do Lobo's golf club. This villa provides the perfect base for a relaxing family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Villa Lea is designed over two levels and provides a good standard of accommodation. All the bedrooms and the lounge have air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet, both included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The main entrance leads to the light and airy lounge and dining room which is comfortably furnished with sofa & chair seating, a flat screen Smart TV showing international cable channels with some English language channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), a dining table with seating for six people and double patio doors opening directly onto the poolside terrace. The kitchen with a table and seating for four people is well equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, four electric hobs, an extractor, electric oven & grill, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a fridge freezer. Patio doors open onto the garden. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one & two are on the entrance level. Bedroom one is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room and patio doors opening onto the garden. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a private balcony.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a safe and an en suite full bathroom with a spa bath. Bedroom four is a twin room (can be made as a double upon prior request), a wardrobe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a spa shower. Patio doors open onto a balcony with a table & two chairs.

Outside Space

Patio doors from the lounge and dining area lead to the poolside terrace furnished with eight sunbeds, perfect for you to laze and soak up the glorious sunshine. The covered dining area is furnished with a table and chairs where you can sit and watch your al-fresco meals being cooked on the built-in brick charcoal BBQ. After a day at the beach, the sunken jacuzzi is a great place to sit and relax with a cold drink or alternatively you can chill with your favourite holiday read on the comfy sofas and chairs with a parasol if you prefer a little shade. The kidney shaped pool measures approx. 8m x 4m and has steps & ladder for entry, there is also an outside shower. Laid to lawn in areas with automatic gates for entry.

Location

Villa Lea enjoys a fantastic central location within the resort of Vale do Lobo, only a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach and the famous, lively Praca, which has a wide range of bars, restaurants and eateries, family entertainment during the summer months and not forgetting the superb rotunda pool, which is under new management and is open and available for all guests staying in the resort to use (local charge applies, guests with resort cards will be entitled to a discounted rate for the usage of the pool). The prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo boasts two of the Algarve's finest championship golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean courses; The resort also benefits from the excellent tennis centre, and in the surrounding area there is a wide range of other activities and restaurants to choose from.
