Overview
Villa Flor De Lis is a contemporary four bedroom villa situated in the picturesque Vale Do Garrao, a lovely urbanisation between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo and complete with private pool and fabulous outdoor spaces.
Steps lead into stylish comfort at this beautifully designed holiday villa, where modern decor meets thoughtful amenities for a truly relaxing stay. The villa welcomes you with a warm, open concept layout. Being located in the peaceful resort of Vale do Garrao means that you are within a 12 minute walk to Praia do Ancao or you are within close driving distance of some of the most beautiful beaches that the Algarve has to offer. Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning are included in the rental rate.
Living Areas
Two steps down from the entrance hall leads yuou into a generous open plan living space, perfect for socialising and relaxing together with your family and friends. The lounge, complete with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix Amazon Prime etc on the smart TV), is stylishly and comfortably furnished with sofa and armchairs and modern artwork that adds a touch of sophistication.
Air conditioning keeps the space cool in summer and a dining table and chairs sit alongside the lounge and just two steps up is the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, centered around a large breakfast island. There is a well equipped kitchen including a kettle, toaster, juicer, air fryer, oven, microwave, Nutri Bullet, fridge-freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher, and a washing machine. A social WC is also available on the ground floor and features a toilet, basin and heated towel rack.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The villa offers four Air-conditioned double en-suite bedrooms, perfect for groups or families:
Bedroom 1 (Ground floor) with Double bed and en-suite shower.
Bedroom 2 (Ground floor) Double bed, en-suite shower.
Bedroom 3 (First floor): Double bed, en-suite shower. This bedroom can be made up as a twin on request.
Master Bedroom (First floor): Double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, wall to wall wardrobes.
Outside Space
From the lounge, patio doors open out onto a large, sun-soaked terrace. The patio includes an outdoor dining table and chairs, a gas BBQ for al fresco meals, and a beautiful circular swimming pool (6m x 6m approx) that can be heated for an additional cost per week. Sun loungers invite you to relax by the pool, soaking in the tranquil surroundings. An exterior staircase leads to an open terrace, which is an ideal sunbathing spot and is complete with seating, four sun loungers, a large parasol and lovely views. Whether you're enjoying sunrise coffees or sunset cocktails, this upper terrace is a true highlight.

Close to the resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, there are a full range of recreational facilities nearby including shops, bars, restaurants, championship golf courses and a choice of fabulous beaches.

Rates include a light midweek maid cleaning service and towel change; and a weekly full changeover clean, towel change and linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, an alarm and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with additional packs of cheese.
