Overview
Villa Lorena is a beautiful and well maintained villa with nice terraces, swimming pool and mature
garden situated in the quiet area of Villa Alvas, which is centrally located between the prestigious resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. The interior is elegantly furnished and outside there is a spacious pool and barbecue area. The property is air conditioned throughout.
Living Areas
Villa Lorena is built on two floors, and the ground floor living areas consist of the entrance hall; lounge with fireplace and sliding doors leading to the patio and pool area; open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area leading to the pool terrace; utility room.
The living room is accessed from the entrance hall via a single step and features a flat screen television with satellite freeview channels, WiFi internet connection and a DVD player.
The kitchen is open plan to the dining area, and is fully equipped, with appliances including a microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, gas hobs and an oven. A separate utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and an additional drinks fridge.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Twin bedroom one is situated on the ground floor with doors to the poolside terrace and an en suite shower room. Guest cloakroom also on ground floor.
Bedrooms two and three are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room and a small private terrace overlooking the villa entrance. Master bedroom three is a double room with a large private terrace overlooking the pool and an en suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower unit and dual wash basins.
Outside Space
Villa Lorena has spacious, pleasant gardens.There is a shaded terrace with patio furniture and a gas BBQ; poolside terrace with sunloungers and external shower. The pool measures approximately 11 metres x 5 metres.
Location
Situated in Vilas Alvas, the villa enjoys a great central location in the Golden Triangle, with some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches and the luxury golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago only a few minutes drive away.
Other Items
Rates include air conditioning, maid service, bathroom towels and linen change. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. Underfloor heating is available on request and for a supplementary charge dependant on the weekly usage.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 01 Nov - 31 Mar)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with additional packs of cheese.
