Overview

Villa Fleur is a modern, semi-detached four bedroom villa with private pool located in a prime position between the luxury golfing resorts of Vale Do Lobo and Quinta Do Lago.

The villa is furnished to a high standard throughout with an attractive modern interior that is decorated with furnishings in relaxing pastel shades, creating a comfortable and homely atmosphere. The villa is built on two floors and is protected by an alarm system, and has a safety deposit box. The ground floor consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen, a twin bedroom and bathroom. The first floor consists of an en suite double room and en suite twin bedroom. The lower level of the villa consists of a seating area with wicker chairs and table, a twin bedroom and a shower room.

Living Areas

The light and airy living room is superbly positioned so the double patio doors open straight onto the poolside terrace. The room is furnished with comfy sofas from which to enjoy the television complete with satellite channels and DVD player, and the room includes both air conditioning and a traditional log burning fireplace.

The air conditioned dining room is spacious and provides direct access to the private courtyard at the side of the property, where there is also a table and chairs for al-fresco dining on the traditional charcoal barbecue.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped, and the appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hobs, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee machine and the villa also has a washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The ground floor bedroom is a twin bedroom with air conditioning and double wardrobes, and this room utilises the adjacent bathroom. The first floor of the property consists of the master double room and a twin bedroom. The master double is air conditioned and has an en suite shower room, and the twin bedroom is air conditioned and has an en suite bathroom. On the lower level of the property you will find the fourth bedroom, which is an air conditioned twin bedroom with double wardrobes that benefits from plenty of natural light and utilises the shower room next door.

Outside Space

The villa’s south facing swimming pool is rectangular shaped and measures 8 metres x 4 metres. The pool is 2.10 metres in depth at the deep end, and 1 metre in depth at the shallow end. There is plenty of room around the pool to relax on the sun loungers and top up your tan, alternatively the villa’s spacious roof terrace is a veritable sun trap.

Location

The location of the villa is very peaceful, yet only a few minutes drive will take you to the wonderful local sand dune beaches, excellent local restaurants and exclusive shopping centres that this area has to offer.

It is 3km to Vale Do Lobo ,a distance if walking , passing a couple of restaurants on the roadside and many others on roads leading back towards Almancil, the ones within the resort itself are 3kms.

The roof terrace does not have table and chairs although clients can take the sunlounger's up from downstairs as it is a sun trap. There is a fixed Barbeque not pool facing and also there is an exterior table in this area that will seat 8 persons (comfortably 6 Adults).

Standing just two doors down from Villa Fleur is its sister villa Bota No 27, which is a three bedroom property- so booking both villas makes an ideal choice for larger families or groups wishing to travel together, yet independently.

The price for this villa includes cleaning twice a week, towel change twice a week and linen change once a week.

Please note that in the vicinity of the villa there is an apartment complex under construction that is not visual but background noise may be experienced depending on the type of work taking place. This work is due to finish by the end of 2024 and we do not expect any building work to be allowed during the peak months of July and August.
