Overview
Villa Georgina is a modern and spacious 5-bedroom villa with a very large private swimming pool, ideally situated in the sought-after Villas Alvas area, close to Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and some of the Algarve's most stunning coastline. The villa has been beautifully refurbished to a very high standard and features top quality interior designs. With Wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout and with comfort, privacy and style in mind, this villa is perfect for families or groups.
Living Areas
The ground floor features a spacious open-plan layout, seamlessly connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Central air conditioning ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round. The stylish lounge includes a wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV with an IPTV box with an extensive selection of English-language channels.(To enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime on the smart TV please bring your own log-in credentials). Guests can also enjoy the Bluetooth sound system and high speed Wi-Fi internet throughout the property.
The fully equipped modern kitchen is a culinary haven, complete with a breakfast island and bar stools, a large dining table, and premium appliances including a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, combi-oven, warming tray, and an instant boiling water tap, ideal for effortless cooking and entertaining. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer, along with a guest cloakroom is also located on this floor.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms 1,2 and 3 are on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, en suite with walk-in shower, wall-mounted TV, heated towel rail, blackout curtains, and individual climate controls.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, sofa, TV, en suite with walk-in shower, and a heated towel rail.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed, TV, en suite with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, blackout curtains, and air conditioning.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 are located on the first floor:
Bedroom 4 is the master suite with double bed (2.00m x 0.90m), TV, sofa, desk, heated towel rack, en suite with separate walk-in shower unit and bathtub. The bedroom opens onto a large shaded private veranda.
Bedroom 5 has twin beds pushed together, TV, sofa, chair, wardrobe, en suite shower room with heated towel rail, air conditioning, and overlooks the property entrance.
Outside Space
Step outside to enjoy a private saltwater swimming pool (14m x 5m), perfect for both swimming laps and relaxing in the sun. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers, outdoor sofas and chairs, and a large parasol for shaded comfort. The upper garden offers a tranquil green space with mature trees, a lawn, a hanging egg chair, hammock, and table tennis for family fun and leisure. Dine al-fresco at the outdoor dining area with a gas BBQ, ideal for summer evenings with friends and family. Next to the BBQ is a pool table, perfect for those family holiday tournaments.
Secure parking on the forecourt is available for up to three vehicles behind the electric entry gates, offering added peace of mind.

Rates include a maid cleaning service 3 x per week, bathroom towels changed midweek and linen changed weekly. Pool towels, hairdryers, a safe and alarm are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
