Living Areas

The entrance to the villa opens to the spacious open plan living/dining room which benefits from two split unit air conditioning units and a log burning fireplace for winter and low season stays. The living room is packed with entertainment treats- a 55'' flat screen TV with Bose surround sound and featuring a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports. Wi-fi internet, DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker so you can stream your favourite tunes from your smart device. The circular dining table has seating for up to 10 persons.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including an American style fridge freezer, additional drinks fridge, oven, microwave, electric hobs x 4, gas hobs x 2, toaster, dishwasher, kettle and juicer. Separate utility room with tumble dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board and another drinks fridge. Door to the exterior drying area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are situated on the entrance level of the villa. Bedroom one is the master suite, complete with a super king double bed (1.80m x 2.0m), split unit a/c, double wardrobes, TV with the English language cable channels, patio doors to the main (upper) terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower, bath and double vanities.

Bedroom two has twin beds, split unit a/c and doors to a lovely terrace with seating area. Guests in this bedroom utilise the bathroom across the hallway with shower unit and towel heater.

Bedrooms three- five are on the lower level of the villa. Bedroom three has a 1.80 m x 2.00 super king metre double bed, split unit a/c, patio doors to the lower terrace (adjacent to the pool) with lovely garden views and an en suite bathroom with shower unit.

Bedroom four has twin beds, split unit a/c, doors to the lower terrace with seating area and the use of the adjacent bathroom with shower unit and double vanities.

Bedroom five is the second master suite with 1.80m x 2.00m super king double bed, split unit a/c, dressing area, doors to the lower terrace and an en suite bathroom with bath and shower unit.

Outside Space

Villa Magnolia has a fabulous spacious pool area, furnished with 10 loungers for the sun lovers. The pool measures 12 metres x 6 metres with steps entry. Great for families with young children, the pool area is completely gated off from the side gardens and terraces.

The main terrace is situated next to the main living area of the villa. Overlooking the pool and gardens, this spacious area is furnished with comfy seating and a dining table and 10 chairs and will be the scene of many al-fresco family meals freshly cooked on the gas BBQ. The dining table benefits from an electric awning for shade, and also electric heaters for the evenings in the shoulder seasons. Steps from this terrace lead directly down to the poolside terrace (for families with young children the steps are protected by the safety gate).

There is also plenty of space for parking on the villa forecourt, protected by the electric entry gates.

Location

Located close to the entrance roundabout of prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, where the renowned Royal and Ocean courses are situated and also the famous Praca- where you will find a wide range of restaurants, bars and family entertainment during the summer months. From the villa, it is short walking distance to a local tapas restaurant, a pool bar and the supermarket and medical centre at the entrance roundabout- where you will also find ATM bank machines. It is worth noting that some of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches are also situated close by, including the beach by the Praca and Trafal beach.

Other Items

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and linen change. Pool towels, a safe and hairdryers are provided for your convenience.
