Overview

We are proud to exclusively represent Casa Palmeira Verde, located in the Quadradinhos area of Vale do Lobo - a premium quality four bedroom detached villa with a private pool & garden (the pool can be heated for a weekly supplement). This lovely villa has been fully refurbished and is situated close to the entrance of Vale do Lobo, and is only a short walk to the resort supermarket, and 15 minutes’ walk from the beach and Praca. Casa Palmeira Verde sits parallel to the second hole of the Vale do Lobo Royal golf course and offers families a luxurious and relaxing holiday retreat.

Living Areas

The air conditioned open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge are comfortably furnished. The kitchen is modern in design and has a central island and a breakfast bar with stool seating for three people. Appliances include five gas hobs, an extractor, integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, fridge freezer, wine cooler, coffee machine, kettle, juicer, blender, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The dining area is complete with a table and seating for six people and has patio doors leading directly to the garden. Two steps down from the dining area lead you to the lounge complete with an L-shaped sofa, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports & a Bose portable speaker for you to stream your favourite music from your Smart device. Double patio doors open onto the pool area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level of the villa you will find bedrooms one, two and three. Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a flat screen TV with the same channels as the lounge available and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the garden. Bedroom two is a twin room (which can be made as double upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and use of the adjacent shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the garden. Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Stairs lead up to bedroom four, the master double suite with fitted wardrobes, a dressing area, split unit air conditioning and an adjacent full bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub and a heated towel rail. Double patio doors open onto a private balcony with amazing views of the golf course.

Outside Space

The private garden is laid to lawn and bordered with hedge row and has magnificent views of the Royal golf course. The sun terrace is furnished with eight sun loungers and there are various areas that have comfy sofa seating where you can laze away reading a book or watching the different skills of golfers! The free form kidney shaped pool (which can be heated for a weekly supplement) measures approx. 11m x 5m with steps entry and there is a manual pool cover to help retain the heat at night. The BBQ area is complete with a gas BBQ, food preparation counter and a sink, the perfect spot for the budding family chef.

Location

Across the road from Casa Palmeira Verde is a delightful Portuguese tapas restaurant, and the villa is also situated within close walking distance to the main roundabout entrance for Vale do Lobo, where there is a supermarket and bank point.

The prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo has two excellent golf courses, the Ocean and Royal courses; the renowned tennis centre and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants. Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve.

Rates include a maid cleaning service twice per week (Tuesday & Thursday). Changeover cleans with linen and towel changes are on Saturdays. Pool towels & a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
