Living Areas
On the ground level there is a large, attractive living room with dining area, wood burning fireplace, air conditioning, TV with a wide range of channels including Sky Sports, BBC and ITV, DVD player, Wi-fi Internet and radio cassette player. There is also a guest cloakroom.
The contemporary design kitchen is fully fitted, and complete with washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric hobs, extractor, microwave, oven and fridge freezer.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
There are two twin bedrooms on the ground floor served by a bathroom and upstairs is the Master suite which is a twin bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom with double walk-in shower. Patio doors lead to the private first floor terrace with glorious far reaching ocean views.
Outside Space
Patio doors open onto a covered terrace, ideal for al fresco eating straight from the charcoal barbecue. The villa has a private 6.6m x 4m kidney shaped pool (1,2 metres in depth) and that is accessed via a ladder. Sunbathing area from which to take advantage of the superb golf course and ocean views.
Location
The location is a 10 minute stroll from the ‘Praca’ with its cafes and restaurants.

Rates include maid cleaning service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and living room of the property.
Please note that the owner will kindly provide a complimentary basic welcome refreshment pack for all bookings that have not already booked a larger food pack. The pack will contain tea, coffee, sugar, water, milk, a bottle of white wine, biscuits and kitchen roll.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
