Living Areas

The lounge and dining area are of an open plan design, the lounge is comfortably furnished with two x two seater sofas, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the popular English channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), split unit air conditioning, a feature fireplace and a spiral staircase that leads to a mezzanine level and the plus one bedroom no. three. The dining area is complete with a table and seating for six people. Large patio doors open directly onto the exterior, partially covered dining terrace and the jacuzzi.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with appliances including an integrated electric oven, four electric hobs, an extractor, Nespresso coffee machine, Smeg toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine, dishwasher, juicer, hand blender, a fridge and a separate freezer. Patio doors leads to the front facing terrace. The washing machine and dryer can be found in the utility cupboard outside. There is also a guest cloakroom near the entrance.

Bedroom one is a twin room (which can be made as a double upon prior request) with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe, wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as the lounge TV and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Patio doors lead to the jacuzzi outside.

Patio doors lead to the front facing terrace. A spiral staircase from the lounge leads up to bedroom three which is a double room with split unit air conditioning and a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as the previous TV's. This bedroom shares the use of one of the other bedroom's bathrooms.

The exterior dining area is partially covered and provides shade to the exterior table and chairs.
