Overview
Villa Noah is a stunning four bedroom contemporary villa complete with an array of features that is located in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo. The property has wi-fi throughout and is also air conditioned throughout which is included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
The living level is comprised of the entrance hall which has a lift spanning all levels, or alternatively you can use the stairwell. On this level is the guest cloakroom, a very spacious kitchen with breakfast area & walk-in pantry, the living room with TV with cable channels, wi-fi internet, a stretching “L” shaped sofa seating over 10 persons, a formal dining area surrounded by panoramic glass walls and the generous master suite with dressing area. (Kitchen appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, integrated coffee machine (beans), washing machine and tumble dryer).
The sleeping / entertainment area is downstairs and features a large inviting hall, a second service kitchen, two bedrooms, two shower rooms, one bedroom suite, office / bedroom suite, cinema room, games room with pool table and the utility room with washing machine.
The office can be used as a fifth bedroom as it has a sofa bed for which there is an additional weekly supplementary charge - please enquire for more details.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the upper living level is the master double suite with en suite bathroom. On the lower level is one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom; and one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with separate shower rooms.
Outside Space
The lift is accessible to the fabulous rooftop terrace which offers sea views, jacuzzi area with golf views, gas BBQ & large covered lounge area.
The pool measures approx 12m x 4.5m and is one depth for the whole pool - 2.10m. The pool deck has plenty of space for sunbathing, a nearby covered dining area and a manicured garden surrounding the property. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge.
Location
The prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo also boasts two of the Algarve's finest championship golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean courses; and the famous Praca, which has a wide range of bars, restaurants and eateries and family entertainment during the summer months. The Praca is in close walking distance of Villa Noah.
Other Items
The rates include maid cleaning service Mon-Fri (bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly and bed linen changed weekly). Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are available for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with additional packs of cheese.
