Indoor entertainment includes satellite TV, radio, CD player, DVD player and a telephone for which a deposit must be paid and then all calls are metered. There is a modern fitted galley-style kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, American style fridge freezer etc.
Bedroom accommodation comprises of a master double bedroom with en suite shower room. This bedroom is actually a triple room with an additional single bed. There is also a second double bedroom, also benefiting from its own en suite shower room and the third bedroom has twin beds and is served by a separate bathroom.The 4th bedroom is a double bedded en-suite room and is on the upper level.
The outdoor living space is both functional and attractive, with access from the villa via the lounge patio doors. A covered terrace offers a great place for outdoor meals and there is a gas barbecue for ‘al fresco’ cuisine. The garden is laid to lawn with mature trees and shrubs and is bisected by a broad sun terrace which leads to the beautiful kidney-shaped pool, with Roman style steps and measuring approximately 10 x 5 metres. The shallow end of the pool measures 1.50 metres and the deep end 2.50 metres. The poolside patio offers further space for sunbathing.

Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom and the living room only, and this is included in the rental cost.
