Villa Alexandria is an outstanding 4 bedroom property with private pool occupying a prime location in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo. Situated within walking distance of the beach and 'Praca', it has pool protection for children if required and the villa can sleep up to 10 persons.

Living Areas

This property is built on two levels, with upper and lower terraces, and has air conditioning units throughout- included in the rental rates. On the entrance level is a guest cloakroom and double doors opening off the hallway into the main living space. This is a light, comfortable lounge with dining area, wall mounted flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV & Sky Sports, Wi-fi and TV is Lazer, feature fireplace and patio door access to the covered dining terrace which overlooks the delightfully landscaped garden. The villa also has a Sonos music system installed throughout, so you can download the app and stream your music from your smart device.

The modern fitted kitchen is open plan to the living area and has everything you need for your luxury self-catering villa holiday, including toaster, microwave, integrated oven and extractor, electric hobs, 2 x fridge freezers and Nespresso coffee maker. Breakfast bar with 3 stools. Separate utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Sleeping accommodation is on both levels- the master bedroom is on the same level as the living area and has an en suite bathroom with bath, shower unit and double vanities; double bed that could be prepared as a twin bedroom upon prior request, split unit a/c, wall mounted flat screen TV with the cable channels, DVD player, double wardrobes with safe and patio doors to the upper terrace.

A flight of stairs leads down from this floor to the lower (pool) level where the remaining three bedrooms are situated. Bedrooms two and three are double bedrooms with split unit a/c, patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace and these rooms share the use of the adjacent family bathroom, with double vanities, bath and separate shower unit. Bedroom two also has a wall mounted TV with the cable channels and a DVD player. The double bed in bedroom two can be prepared as a twin upon prior request.

Bedroom four is the family room with four single bunk beds, (each bed is big enough to sleep a child or an adult if required), split unit a/c, doors to the poolside terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower unit.

Outside Space

Outside, the superb built-in gas Beefeater BBQ has its own work surface and sink unit adjacent and is situated next to the upper dining terrace, which is flanked by lawn gardens, next to which you will find the jacuzzi hot tub, with heating that is included in the rental rate.

A broad exterior sweeping staircase leads down to the attractive garden, which is laid to lawn with trees and shrubs, and the poolside terrace. The pool itself has Roman style steps and a ladder for entry and measures approximately 10 metres x 5 metres, with the shallow end 0.94 metres in depth and the deep end 1.88 metres in depth. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge if required- and there is an electric pool cover available for clients that book the pool heating facility. Also available for a supplemental charge is a a children's security fence which should be ordered prior to the start of the booking.

Villa Alexandria is centrally located in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, a classy destination with two championship golf courses- the Royal and the Ocean courses; the clubhouse with restaurant, shops and spa; the tennis centre and the famous Praca, where you will find a wide range of bars and eateries and family entertainment during the summer months. The beaches in this area of the Algarve are some of the most beautiful along this stunning coastline.
