The villa also has air con throughout which is included in the rental and pool heating available (May - September only) for a supplemental charge.

On the first floor there is a landing with a seating area and kitchenette, that gives access to the sun terrace with views across the golf course to the sea.

First floor: Master double bedroom (twin beds together measuring 1.8m x 2.0m) with satellite TV, air conditioning and patio doors out to the terrace with views across the golf course to sea. There is a large shower room with separate shower cubicle.

Second master double suite with double bed, air conditioning, wall mounted TV, doors to the first floor terrace and an en suite with bath and separate shower unit.

Ground Floor: Bedroom three is a twin bedroom (twin beds together 1.8m x 2m) with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, an en suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle that is suitable for wheelchair users.

Bedroom four is a twin bedroom (twin beds together measuring 1.8m x 2m) with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an en suite shower room.

Bedroom five has twin beds made up as a double (beds measuring 1.8m x 2m) - these beds can be made into twins upon request- fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and en suite shower room. There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

Location

Vale do Lobo is a 5 star development situated approximately 20 minutes drive from Faro Airport. Close to the beach, the development has 2 golf courses, tennis courts, a Leisure Club, shops and restaurants. Water sports, horse riding and many other facilities are all within 5 minutes drive. Faro Airport is twenty minutes by car. Shopping available at Quinta Shopping and Almancil, the nearest town, is ten minutes by car.

Maid service, towels and linen included. Towels changed twice weekly, linen once weekly (more by arrangement). Maid service Monday to Friday. Pool heating is available for a weekly supplement (May - Sept only).

The floor plan for this property only shows one bedroom on the upper level as this property used to be sold as a 4 bedroom property, however, there are definitely two bedrooms on the upper level as per the photographs.

Please note there is a mandatory Winter heating charge, applicable for bookings from November to March. We will take a weekly deposit to be held against the final charge upon meter reading - cost to be advised after departure.
