Overview

Sun-hat are delighted to introduce Villa Hanalei, a lovely refurbished three bedroom property with a private pool. Villa Hanalei has been completely renovated to a high standard and features bright with spacious interiors designed in calming tones creating a relaxing seaside atmosphere.

The location of this beautiful villa is incredible. Situated directly on the beach and close to the famous Vale do Lobo Praça, guests can enjoy the very best of coastal living. Wake up to the sound of the waves, spend lazy days beside the pool, or stroll straight onto the golden sands from the poolside terrace and take a dip in the ocean. Due to the close proximity to the famous and vibrant Vale do Lobo Praca, please expect some background noise from the ambient nightlife.

Air conditioning throughout, and fibre optic Wi-Fi are included in the rental rates. Hairdryers, & pool towels are provided for your convenience.

Living Areas

The bright, air conditioned living space is designed with modern open plan living in mind, bringing together the kitchen, dining area and lounge in one welcoming setting. At the heart of the kitchen is a stylish central island, complemented by everything needed for a comfortable stay. Facilities include a dishwasher, combined washing machine and tumble dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, cafetière, kettle, toaster, five ring electric hob with an extractor fan, integrated oven, grill, microwave, and fridge freezer.

The dining area is complete with a table and chairs, patio doors open onto a charming courtyard terrace with additional outdoor seating. From here, steps lead up to the roof terrace, where you can make the most of the sunshine and surrounding views.

The air conditioned lounge provides a comfortable place to unwind, with a large L-shaped sofa and a wall mounted Smart TV offering a wide selection of English language channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports. Guests can also access streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime using their own login details. Patio doors lead from the lounge into a glass fronted sun room overlooking the pool, creating a bright and relaxing space to enjoy throughout the day.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All of the bedrooms are on the same level of the property. Bedroom one is a twin room with 0.90m x 2.0m beds, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with a heated towel rail.

Bedroom two is a double room with a 1.60m x 2.0m bed, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). This bedroom uses the adjacent shower room with a heated towel rail.

Bedroom three is a double room with a 1.80m x 2.0m bed, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the sunroom and poolside terrace.

Outside Space

Enjoying a sought-after south facing position, this villa is perfectly designed for making the most of the Algarve sunshine. The private swimming pool measures approximately 6m x 4m and features easy entry steps. The surrounding terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a parasol, while a convenient poolside shower is available before or after a dip. A gas BBQ provides everything needed for relaxed al fresco dining, with a large shaded table comfortably seating up to eight guests. Best of all, a garden gate offers direct access to the beach and the Praça, where you'll find a great selection of restaurants, bars and cafés just moments away. Inside, two attractive internal courtyards fill the villa with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout. Stairs from one of the interior courtyards, stairs lead up to the impressive roof terrace, a wonderful spot to relax from sunrise to sunset. Furnished with sun loungers, comfortable sofas, chairs and a parasol, it offers panoramic views across Vale do Lobo beach and the coastline.

Townhouse Hanalei occupies a stunning frontline beach location and is literally a minute's walk from the Praca, which has a wide range of bars, restaurants and eateries and also family entertainment during the summer months. The prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo boasts two of the Algarve's finest championship golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean courses; and there is also the renowned tennis academy. A variety of sporting activities are available in the local area including horse riding and water sports..
