Overview

Villa Pamoramica is a beautiful four bedroom villa with private pool, recently refurbished to a high standard, which enjoys literally sensational views over the golf course, the Praca and along the stunning coastline. Air conditioning and wi-fi internet are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Entrance to the property is via a flight of steps to the hallway with guest cloakroom which leads to the fabulous open plan air conditioned living area- kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances including an integrated oven and microwave, toaster, electric hobs x 6, extractor, dishwasher, central island with second dishwasher, juicer, Krups coffee maker, 2 x fridge freezers and wine chiller.

The lounge area is furnished with a superb comfortable 'L' shaped sofa and table and chairs with seating for 4 persons. Feature fire place. Wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports; BBC & ITV (Please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Patio doors lead to the shaded terrace with dining table for 8 persons and gas BBQ.

The utility room is on the lower level of the villa and is complete with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge freezer. There is also an additional shower room on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one has twin beds, split a/c, an en suite shower room and doors to the poolside terrace. Bedroom two has a double bed, split a/c, dressing area, patio doors to the poolside terrace and the use of the adjacent family bathroom with bath, double vanities and separate shower unit. Bedroom three is the children's room with twin bunk beds, split a/c and this room shares the use of the shared family bathroom with bedroom two although there is an additional WC for this bedroom to use.

Bedroom four is the master suite on the first floor of the property, complete with private terrace with amazing ocean views as you would expect! Double bed, split a/c, en suite bathroom with shower unit and double vanities. Separate WC.

Outside Space

Forecourt parking protected by the electric entry gates. The swimming pool measures 8 x 4 metres with steps entry, with the shallow end being 0.80 metres in depth and the deep end 1.80 metres in depth. From the poolside terrace you can relax and enjoy literally stunning views of the ocean and coastline close to the Praca.

Location

The villa is within close walking distance to the Praca where you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars and cafes overlooking the beautiful golden beach.

The exclusive resort of Vale de Lobo provides everything you need for a perfect holiday- fine shopping, international cuisine, 24 hour security and unrivalled sports and leisure facilities which include two magnificent 18-hole championship golf courses, a Tennis Academy with 14 courts and a children’s club.

Rates include a maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and linen. Pool towels are also provided for your convenience.

Please note that there is a villa under construction in the local area on a neighbouring plot to Villa Panoramica- however these works are on the far side of the villa away from the pool area (the villa itself is in-between the pool area and the building works). A crane may be visible depending on the current building work status. Please note that there are no building works allowed in the urban-touristic resort of Vale do Lobo during the peak summer months of July and August.
